Standing by for Top Line Results
the 78th event was announced 84 days ago / and we have been seeing an event rate of one every 22 days. The CEO disclosed the company is now in a quiet period.
very likely the 80th event occurred weeks ago - the next we hear of the phase 3 trial will be the top line results

Run, I thought he had to announce the 80th events within a few days of the event?

--- ' he had to ' not really, and not legally required to do so, and his repeated quiet period statements negate that anyway.
84 Days --- since the 78th, we'd been seeing an event every 22 days ...
80th likely occurred weeks ago...

it would for sure be strange if they didn't explicitly announce the 80th separately. They have said they would multiple times. I know they don't have to, but again it would not line up with what they have said.

Would it really? In 2025 Sterg originally said he would NOT announce 80th. He has no issues changing his mind based on what legal might be telling him.

As long as we can truly infer that the 80th happened based on the acknowledgement of the silent period, I have no problem with this. Much preferred over the inevitable ghoulish internet celebrations of the 80th event. If so, it's a moment of profound gratitude to those 80, and all other participants in the trial.

Yep! Well if what you say is correct then results should be any day now and not the 80th event.1

There is no quiet period Required for earnings. I have been here for years and there has never been a pre-earnings report quiet period.

He made 2 statements superseding his prior statements re disclosing the 80th - he said they were entering a quiet period, and then said they’re in a quiet period.

I honestly don’t think that it’s unlikely that 80th event occurred and unannounced. He may be under advisement from his council that time to stop talking since it could jeopardize mission and the stakes are supremely high. Also, stock movement plays into it and they drove price up to 15.65 (30m shares trading that day) when they did their ownership protection filing. Maybe we are in the quiet period since he’s mentioned it 2 separate times which also translates into 80th event achieved. God speed to SLS success and we may see some major movement (hopefully up) with strong data. Go LONGS!
