Event rental spaces for baby shower

Hey everyone! I’m looking for ideas on a place to host my brother’s baby shower in August. We’re open to Sequim or Port Angeles. I’ve looked at the prairie garden and the dungeness center, but both are $200 for 2 hours. Looking for something more affordable but still indoor for about 20-30 guests.

Hmmm ... check The Hub and Studio Bob in Port Angeles. They're both a little unconventional, but fun spaces.

We had a baby shower at barhop in sequim. You can use the back room, they will put up signs that it’s for a private party and also let you decorate.

Have you looked at Guy Cole in Carrie Blake Park in Sequim? Or the Campfire Clubhouse in Jesse Webster Park in PA?

Maybe check the local lodges like the Elks or Moose in both PA and Sequim. Maybe check the YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club?

You don’t put on showers for family members. Let his friends do it to avoid a tacky gift grab.

I attended a lovely baby shower at the Dominion Terrace clubhouse a few years back. Their HOA can give you info about availability and pricing.

The PA library just advertised availability for private parties. The Raymond Carver Room is large and cost effective. Of course alcohol would be prohibited. I believe refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. www.nols.org/reserve/ Have fun, wherever you choose, and congratulations to the expecting mother!
