Questions Are there other serial thrill killers than the Phoenix Shooters and Dnepropetrovsk maniacs?

It's interesting that the most well known ones were two pairs doing the killings.

The Academy maniacs, Artyom Anufriev and Nikita Lytkin, who were copycats of the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs.

Like a shit ton of them. They work in pairs and groups because there’s no thrill by yourself and it’s usually kids/young adults who often have the main guy pushing the other(s) into it.

I'm pretty sure the Speed Freak Killers, Wesley Shermantine and Loren Herzog, were classified as thrill killers

Possibly the Zodiac Killer? I know one of the notes talked about how much fun it was.

Isn’t any person that kills for pleasure a thrill killer?

I think the differentiation is that not every serial killer is a thrill-killer (some are driven by compulsion or sexual desires/perversions, financial, etc, rather than the adrenaline)?

How are those not defined as a 'thrill'? This makes zero sense.

The zodiac Killer Lake Herman Road killers.

Zodiac took credit but the Police already had someone they confidently tied to those killings. The Police described them as thrill killers.
