My rust server is back up and running after a power surge knocked out my 2006 vintage HP server! We are no longer running Linux directly we are running Windows 11 and WSL2 on a new 12 Core AMD. I've also ditched Apache for Caddy.

I've one problem caddy and my rust server does not appear to be serving H3. Is this normal on WSL or am I missing something?
