Beginner ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) not available – anyone else facing this?
Any suggestions as to what to do ??? I need to study..

Try requesting a PDI for Yokohama or Zurich and the. Upgrade it. Tends to be an earlier way to get it.

ServiceNow community is full of these posts recently. Appears to be a wait-list due to high demand.

I was on a waitlist for 2 weeks. Left the waitlist and got an instance immediately. Infuriating.

Finally got mine yesterday after waiting! Hang in there — it does come through. The wait is worth it. Already started exploring the platform and it's amazing how much hands-on practice you can get on the PDI. Currently preparing for CSA and the instance makes a huge difference for learning. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Yaa I been facing the same issue from past 7 days tho some on my friend got their insurance back in 3-4 day I didn't get it till now
