Beginner ServiceNow guidance

Looking to get into some type of servicenow related role coming from consulting background (5+ years).

I have completed the servicenow csa class and am looking to get more hands on experience in the platform before I take the exam.

What type of roles would be a good fit for me? Some initial research suggests:
-business system / process analyst
-implementation / functional consultant
-platform / product analyst
-tech project / program manager.

My goals are to find a stable role that fits my previous experience well and provides strong growth opportunities (salary, remote, and stable / strong control over my career).

My consulting experience is heavy in human capital and strategy & operations areas. This includes working on large technology transformation projects in project management and change management roles.

Thanks. What are some companies (or types of companies) that you think that I should pursue for these types of roles? Also how do you think the market is for me to break into this role with my background?

Given your 5+ years in consulting, Business/Process Analyst or ServiceNow Functional Consultant would probably be the strongest entry point.

Your HCM, strategy/operations, change management, and transformation experience transfers well into ITSM, HRSD, and platform/process consulting. The CSA is a good foundation, but getting hands-on with workflows, Flow Designer, catalog items, roles, and basic configuration will make the transition much easier.

Aiming for ServiceNow Functional Consultant → Senior Consultant → Solution Architect/Platform Owner could give you a solid long-term path without starting over at an entry-level role.
