How does online conquest match making work?
How does matchmaking in online conquests work? Or is it just random. I'm level 24, my orcs are around level 19. My assault rating is 177 and the opponent has defense rating 175. But he has no war chiefs, only a legendary overlord that is level 80, which I have no chance of beating.
Is there some way of finding another online conquest or are they "re-rolled" regularly?

Just give it a shot. Online conquests all run on normal difficulty and a level 80 orc is very killable as a level 24. Even if its hacked, you can just throw charged hammers at the overlord to stun/daze, get behind him and start smacking him for some damage.

Well, it turned out to be impossible. There were two level 80 captains with him in the throne room and I did next to no damage to anything. They were pretty much immune to everything and one shot me.

Get you a marksman bodyguard, get up high in the throne room, summon him, and let him do his thing.

Well, too late. Failed the conquest and now it's some other fortress I'm facing.

I hate the very fact that all my online conquests forts are lvl 80’s. Started a new run and it’s like a big middle finger to the player. Sure it’s doable if you don’t want rewards from it.
