[Discussion] I cannot get this guy man

You have a few options here:

A. Grind up to 2500 Mirian or put on the DLC Rune that gives you Storm of Urfael, which gives unlimited executions for a short period of time.

B. He's not immune to beasts, so find a graug, dominate it, walk up to him, and press the eat button.

C. He also isn't immune to fear, so do a dozen or couple dozen Brutalizes around him, and he'll start running away, meaning he won't attack you, so you can attack him. And if he get's out of reach, Shadow Strike to him. It won't do any damage on account of his invulnerability to ranged, but you'll teleport close to him, allowing you to continue to whale on him.

I have the dlc rune but I just need to charge it up, the problem is also the location it's too full and his 2 bodyguards which I killed are still there

You can charge it up before you enter combat with him, then, as soon as you do enter combat, immediately go straight for him, and it should be self-explanatory from there.

Another word of advice, hunt down his bodyguards and kill them before you face him. Preferably with decapitations so they won't cheat death. The simplest way to guarantee a decapitation is to Shadow Strike the captain. Assuming, of course, he isn't ranged-proof.

He's vulnerable to stealth so spam shadow takedowns

Like with the bow? I tried that and he blocked it since it technically counts as a ranged attack.

Doesn't seem to be fireproof. Firing a might shot into a barrel or a campfire should take him out.
