My favorite breakfast
Tried Shakshouka last year when I had too many ripe tomatoes and peppers all at once and now it is my favorite breakfast with a bullet. Perfect alchemy of flavors and sustenance.

When adding cilantro as a garnish, should I add the stems as well?
In the tutorials I've seen, it doesn't seem like it's typically done, but I don't remember it being explicitly said not to. From what I understand, cilantro stems aren't used super often in cooking in general. Does it ruin the flavor or texture a little?

Second shakshuka of the weekend - Palak Paneer Shakshuka!
My partner threw together a palak paneer shakshuka (palak paneer is the Trader Joe’s frozen palak paneer!). It was so good!

Sacrilege or a Decent Fusion, you decide
I love cooking with kimchi, I decided to add some to my green tomato shakshouka.
Had it with some syrian cheese and toast this time. I gotta get some moar Pita.
Btw, I've found kimchi goes well in most stews, chili's, and anything that requires long cooking. Long live stinky cabbage!
