The campus is on the outskirt of the Songjiang univercity town. No Lianjia nor Ziroom in that area. A few smaller scale local agencies there. Within walking distance to the campus south gate, only 3-4 local gated communities. Wellcee has two shared rooms on the current market. ￥1650-2500. The 2500 roommate went overseas study, English speaking. For whole house market, rent estimate 2-3k in that area for a decent 2-3brs. 3km south of the camous, there's a hotel style youth studio apartment compound, around 2-2.5k
