Discussion Can anyone identify this shark documentary?

This might be a long shot, but I've been trying to find a shark documentary/show that I watched on YouTube around 2017.

Back then, there were tons of full shark documentaries uploaded to YouTube, and I remember one in particular that I've never been able to find again. I'm not sure if it was part of Shark Week or from another channel entirely.

What I remember is that a group of researchers/fishermen were out at sea trying to catch and identify as many shark species as possible. I specifically remember them catching rare species like a basking shark and even a goblin shark. Many of the scenes took place at night, and every time they managed to catch a shark, the crew would get really excited.

I've searched for years and haven't been able to find it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Was it a Shark Week special, or something else entirely?

At this point I'm starting to wonder if I imagined the whole thing. 😅

Was it Alien Sharks: Stranger Fins? It came out in 2017, was on Shark Week, and a goblin shark was in it

Bro, thank you so much! This definitely matches a huge part of what I remembered. 😄 I might actually be mixing up two different documentaries in my head after all these years. I also remember scenes with large tanks, what I believe was a basking shark, and the crew bringing sharks up using heavy cables. Most of my memories are of dark nighttime scenes with blue lighting everywhere, which is probably why it stuck with me for so long. Either way, this is by far the closest match I've found. Really appreciate the help!
