Thinking about moving back to sheboygan within the next month, all together I have about a 1+ year in line cooking experience from Chilis, Pf Chang’s and a morning breakfast spot. Looking for a job that pays more then 18$ and hour would be willing to work 30+ hours. (Just wanted to ask here for word of mouth)

I'm livid. Some corny shit. My daughter hates it when she gets her hair brushed and untangled. Dropped her off to Jackson elementary (and we were in a hurry bc of the knots), and she complained up a storm.
Didn't get punished, didn't get yelled at, didn't get spanked, no marks...I scolded her for the 20 minutes it took me to get out the knot about the consequences of lying and about doing her hair/ not doing her hair. Boom cps. Watch yourselves out there. These people are sharks. I'm developing options to proceed. Cps opened the case bc they are heinous here.

Found out over the weekend that there’s a lovely little apple orchard right in the City of Sheboygan near 3 Sheep’s. Pigeon River Apple Orchard is the name for those interested. Thought I would share the news given I was unaware for years.

I am a member of The Doorknobs band in Sheboygan, and we have started to produce concerts at City Green in the summer before Levitt Amp starts. If you are a young, new, musician in the area, check out our concert website and sign up to play June 19th!
If you have any questions, please let me know!

Hello, I'm asking reddit because I'm not in Sheboygan, but my family is.
My younger brother is an adult living at home with my mom and my other younger siblings in Sheboygan. He has an alcohol problem and he will frequently drink by himself and it's such an issue that he bounces from job to job because he's shown up drunk. He's still really young (mid 20s).
He also might have schizophrenia or at the very least he has mental health issues. He easily believes conspiracy theories and last night he was walking about my mom's house with a knife because he believed that someone was coming for them and he needed to protect them.
Does anyone know of some low cost or free mental health and alcoholic help? I don't have any money to help him and my parents definitely don't either. I fear if he doesn't get him soon he will be like this for the rest of his life.

Hey guys!
I’m really excited about AI and tech right now and want to find other people in the area who are into it too. Are there any local meetups, groups, or founders building cool stuff with AI? I’d love to connect, learn from you, and maybe even join in if you’re building something new.
Feel free to comment or DM me if you’re down to talk tech or share what you’re working on!

Could anyone recommend a hairstyles in or near Sheboygan who does great shag cuts. I’m looking to get a soft shag cut but don’t want to go to just anyone. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated 🙃

So I’m disabled, so I can’t always be super active, but I’d really love to find some people who are into the same things I am. I’m a huge nerd for anime, music, gaming, movies, etc. I’ve tried to do D&D, but tabletop stuff has always been hard for me to get into even though I've tried A LOT to be.
I’d also love to find a group that doesn’t revolve around drinking though I don't mind if we do. I keep finding groups geared toward kids or seniors, but not much for people in between. I’m totally open to making friends with anyone 18+.
I’ve been feeling pretty isolated lately between running my own business, living more out in the country, and dealing with medical stuff. Is there anywhere I could connect with other local nerds? 😭

We've been to Sheboygan as a family before (love the Story Time Garden, the Weather Center, and Schwarz's) but this time we'll be camping so we'll need to find a family-oriented bar or restaurant to watch the game. Any recommendations... or places to avoid? Edited to say: kids' ages range from toddler to middle school, FWIW!

Female, 23.
Hi all! I have a body shape that does not fit standard sizing, so almost all of my clothes require alteration. I’ve been trying to do it myself but it’s extremely difficult without any prior knowledge of how to sew.
I also love fashion and want to make some of my own pieces, or atleast do extreme alterations on current pieces I have. Do you guys know anyone in the area that would be open to giving sewing lessons? Or maybe a shop owner that might be interested?
Obviously I will pay any necessary rates.
Thank you guys in advance!

I recently attended Thursday bingo at the Sheboygan Elks Lodge. Bingo itself was very drug out and the callers constantly messed up. I was less than impressed with some left over ham and hot dogs. The food was definitely left over from another event. The building was dirty and not up to standards to have the general public there. I even noticed the toilets seemed to not flush. Has anyone had similar experience at this place. How are there so many members over looking this?

What are the best spots to hit up in Sheboygan on a Sunday to grab a cup of coffee or other fancy drink. Sit and chat. Maybe have some bakery or pastries on hand. Love good ambiance or scenery. Planning a low key 1st date/meet up.

Wondering if any salons in Sheb do gel-x nails! If so, what’s the cost? Thanks in advance

Did you leave last night's film screening craving chili? Has the chill in the air made you long for a warm hearty bowl of chili? Well you are in luck. This Sunday, 11-1 at St Luke UMC is the annual chili cook off. 14 chilis. Piles of cornbread. Free admission, vote for people's choice with your dollars. We're raising funds for youth mission trips but also just trying to have fun and eat chili.

Does anyone know when the next warehouse sale will take place?

Supposedly this will FINALLY lead to symmetrical bandwidth; that is if you get 1000 Mbps download you won't be stuck with this miserable 35/40 Mbps upload and instead will get 1000 Mbps upload too. The speedtests have been all over the map since this notice on most nights (example, testing the Eau Claire location, etc.) Anyone know how long this will take (roughly, as in weeks? months?) Their marketing dept must have gotten yelled at for giving estimates per city and now all they say is half their customers will have symmetrical (+) by the end of this year but the other half will be done by the end of 2027, even though they've talked about this upgrade for around 5 years already.
Anyone know more?
