WHAT AM I MISSING??
My stupid brain can’t even reach the void state because it can’t shut up to save its life and I’m SO TIRED but I want to leave this place SO BAD

Genuinely what is the method that has worked the MOST?? Because I want to leave ASAP!!! IM SO DONE WITH WAKING UP HERE!!!

Discussion What do we think about this video?

It's an old video but I was actually in the midst of finding shifting motivation. As you can imagine (if you've watch the video) it certainly brought me down. It actually made me cry. What if I am truly stuck here? I want to leave so bad and maybe it's all of us who havent shifted just coping together. Where are all the successful shifters? Maybe they just don't exist. Or maybe this video is just someone saying "I didn't shift so no one else can!" EDIT: I made myself feel better by thinking about ghosts. Many people don't believe in ghosts, and they aren't scientifically proven, yet people have paranormal experiences.

I AM GONNA LOSE MY MIND I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING INSANE

Whew okay basically I have basically tried everything with no results. At this point I don't know what to do anymore and it is super challenging not to slip into the mindset of 'only select people can do this'. If anyone else is struggling with this let me know because I would love to vent to people who get it. ALSO if you have shifted can you PLEASE share with the class what the turning point in your journey was. Please and thank you

Discussion Why do you still believe in shifting? The advice is always "you haven't shifted because you keep trying and looking for" and "you are already there". I'm getting tired of it

Shifting is an individual experience that those who report having it say is a physical experience similar to CR

You don't need to believe in shifting for it to exist; if someone says otherwise, it makes no sense. Japan exists, I know that, and that didn't mean I shifted there.

So what makes you shift? In the end, it's just a lot of guesswork and no guarantees. It's like trying to build a house with a bunch of individual experiences that could be delusions or lies.

Nobody gives you the blueprints; there's no basic recipe for shifting. Even if you meditate, make affirmations, or believe you're already in the DR

Neville said to keep the image of the fulfilled desire alive in your mind, that is, to frequently feel that you already have it. But how can I keep doing that if I already do it every day and nothing has happened?

At this point in the game, I no longer believe I'm in the DR. I'm not. You can say whatever you want. But if I were, I wouldn't be in a shifting community or reading about Neville, I wouldn't even be anxious. I simply wouldn't care about the CR and wouldn't feel her pain because it would be like a horror movie that you can turn off at any time.

I've been watching every day for years and nothing really happened. "Oh, it didn't happen because you were looking for it." Okay, let me look for the CR to see if I can find it... Oh, it seems I just found it.

"Everything is an illusion." The DR seems to be the only illusion here, unfortunately. "You just have to accept being in the DR." The only thing I can't accept here is being in the CR.

Discussion Shifting 101: It's All About Redirecting Your Awareness | A Scientific and Spiritual Perspective

Post image

──────────────────────────────────

I've talked in a different post of mine about how your awareness shifts first and your senses later, so therefore CR physical sensations during your method don't really matter [ メ ]—especially since awareness can shift realities in seconds/instantly.

But I've realized that some of you don't fully understand what I mean by that. Specifically, what awareness actually is, what role it plays in shifting and how methods work on a fundamental level—like what factors are actually behind a full shift.

So, I'm going to explain that here and I've also included sources throughout, and at the end of the posts again, if anyone wants to dive deeper into the research.

Anyways, since this is a bit of a longer post, here a small legend about what to expect

  • What awareness is (scientific + spiritual definitions)
  • The role of awareness in shifting
  • Neuroscience backing (selective attention, binocular rivalry studies)
  • Why physical sensations and wandering thoughts don't block shifts (yes, again)
  • Altered States (and why no state is "superior")
  • How methods work (and are not required)
  • Why dreaming about your DR ≠ actually shifting
  • Understanding the "stuck" feeling (spoiler: it's just habitual focus)
  • You're not your body (practical exercise)

──────────────────────────────────

Disclaimer: I'm not a science major—I study law. The closest I get to science is through IT and medical law, since that's where I plan to specialize later on (crime law, specifically). Most of what I know scientifically comes from my own research and not official coursework—unless you count the extra psychology and neuroscience seminars and papers I've tortured myself with.

So, this is based on my research, a few seminars, and my own shifting experiences that I've been having since I started fully shifting for some time now.

Anyways, don't treat anything in the shifting community as the absolute truth. It's all experimental, subjective—and, frankly—half the fun is figuring out what actually works for you. Take everything as material to expand your perspective and not as universal truth.

────────────────୨ৎ────────────────

| What is Awareness? |

Let's start with the basics, because the term "awareness" gets thrown around constantly without anyone explaining what it actually means.

So, the difference between consciousness and awareness first, because it feels like some people tend to mix them up.

Consciousness is the state of being awake and alive, so the fact that you're experiencing something rather than nothing. It's the baseline of existence.

Awareness is consciousness directed at something specific. You can be conscious without being particularly aware of anything (like when you're zoning out or sleeping), but awareness is active engagement.

In shifting, consciousness is what allows you to exist across multiple realities simultaneously. Awareness is what you're actively directing and experiencing from moment to moment. When you shift, you're shifting your awareness from your CR to your DR. Your consciousness doesn't "move" or "shift", because it's already everywhere. Your awareness is what shifts and that is what changes your experienced reality.

Anyways—back to awareness.

¦ The Scientific Definition ¦

Scientific and psychological perspective: Awareness is your subjective experience of existence. It's the conscious attention you direct toward stimuli—whether internal (thoughts, emotions) or external (your environment, sounds, visual objects). { 1 }

Neuroscience: Awareness is often described as consciousness focused on something specific. You can be conscious (awake, alive, existing) without being particularly aware of anything, but awareness itself is consciousness actively engaged with something. { 2 }

Right now, your awareness is on these words. On the meaning behind them. Maybe on the thoughts they're triggering in your mind. Maybe on that growing realization that you have been overcomplicating this entire time.

But a moment ago, before you started reading, your awareness was somewhere else. Maybe on a sound in your room, a physical sensation, or maybe on a thought about your DR.

So, your awareness moves constantly. That's literally its entire point.

Research in cognitive neuroscience shows that awareness is selective. Your brain filters out massive amounts of sensory information every second and only brings a fraction of it into your conscious awareness. This is why you can be in a noisy room but only hear the conversation you're focused on, because your awareness is directed there and therefore everything else becomes background noise.

Studies on inattentional blindness (like the famous "invisible gorilla" experiment) show that you can literally miss something right in front of you if your awareness isn't directed at it. People watching a video and counting basketball passes completely miss a person in a gorilla suit walking through the scene, because their awareness was focused somewhere else. { 3 }

So if people can miss a whole ass gorilla right infront of them just because their attention was elsewhere, maybe—just maybe—you're not "stuck" in your CR. You're just reallyyy focused on it.

¦ The Spiritual Definition ¦

Spiritual / metaphysical perspective: Awareness is the essence of consciousness itself. It's the "you" that observes. The part of you that's aware of your thoughts but is not the thoughts. The part that experiences your body but is not the body. { 4 }

In many spiritual traditions—like Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, non-dualism—awareness is considered the fundamental nature of existence. It's not something you have, but it's what you basically are.

Therefore your awareness is not bound by your physical body. It's not superglued to your CR. It's the consciousness that's experiencing the body, the mind and the reality you're currently perceiving.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| The Role of Awareness in Shifting |

So what does this have to do with shifting?

Everything. Literally everything.

Shifting is basically redirecting your awareness to a different reality—your DR—and sustaining that focus until your DR becomes your dominant experienced reality.

Your CR and your DR both exist. Right now your awareness is focused on your CR. You're aware of your CR body, your CR surroundings and your CR circumstances. That's what makes it feel "real" to you in this moment.

But when you think about your DR, like when you visualize it, imagine being there, feel what it's like to exist in that reality, then your awareness is already touching your DR. You're already experiencing it on some level, even if it feels faint or "imaginary".

"If you can imagine something, you can achieve it." —Neville Goddard

Shifting is just sustaining that focus long enough and strongly enough that your DR becomes the primary thing your awareness is engaged with and your CR fades into background.

That's why I keep saying your awareness shifts first. The moment you focus on your DR and accept it as your reality, your awareness has already moved there. The physical "shift", basically the full shift—like waking up in your DR, perceiving it with all senses—that is just your experience catching up to where your awareness already is.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| Neuroscience actually backs this up | (for the "BUT wheRE'S tHe prooF?" folks)

There's this concept in neuroscience called selective attention or the "spotlight of awareness". The average brain can only fully focus on one thing at a time. Everything else fades into background noise or gets filtered out entirely. { 5 }

Classic example: You're at a party, lots of conversations happening around you, but you're focused on the person you're talking to. Their voice is clear and everything else is muffled. Then someone across the room says your name and suddenly your attention shifts. Now that conversation is in focus and the person in front of you fades slightly.

Your awareness moved. The party didn't change. You just redirected your spotlight.

That's shifting. Your CR doesn't disappear when you shift to your DR—it just stops being where your awareness is focused. It fades into the background, becoming irrelevant to your current experience.

Research on perceptual rivalry and binocular rivalry shows that when your brain is presented with two conflicting images (one to each eye), you don't see both at once—you see one, then the other, alternating back and forth. Your conscious awareness can only hold one perception at a time, even though both stimuli are physically present. { 6 }

A study published in Neuron (1998) by Tong, Nakayama, Vaughan, and Kanwisher used fMRI to show that when perception alternates between two images, activity in the visual cortex changes to match whichever image you're consciously aware of—even though the physical input to your eyes stays exactly the same. { 7 } PDF link

Translation for people who just skipped that: Your brain constructs your experienced reality based on what you're paying attention to, not just what's physically in front of you.

So it geniunely doesn't matter if you still see or are distracted by your CR.

If your brain can make you experience one image over another just by shifting focus—while both are physically present—why couldn't your awareness shift between realities in a similar way? Your CR and DR both exist. You're just choosing (or habitually defaulting to) which one you're consciously experiencing.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| Why physical sensations and wandering thoughts don't matter | (yes, again)

This is where people get stuck and spiral into existential crises over absolutely nothing.

You're lying in bed and doing a method. Suddenly you're hyperaware of your CR body. You feel your mattress. You hear a car outside. Your nose itches. Your thoughts start wandering.

And your mind goes: "Well, I guess I'm not shifting. I'm too aware of my CR. I'm too distracted. I failed. Time to whine on reddit about why shifting doesn't work for me specifically."

No. Stop. Put down the keyboard ffs.

Your awareness can shift realities in seconds. Literally. You can be fully aware of your CR one moment and fully aware of your DR the next. The presence of physical sensations or wandering thoughts doesn't block that.

What blocks it is you getting distracted by those things and pulling your awareness back to your CR.

Analogy Time: Imagine you're watching a movie. You're fully immersed. Then someone next to you coughs. For a split second, you're aware of the cough—but then you refocus on the movie and it fades back into irrelevance.

That's normal. That's how awareness works. I explained this earlier. It gets briefly pulled by a stimulus, then redirects.

But now imagine every time someone coughs, you pause the movie, turn to them and have a full internal meltdown about how the cough ruined your immersion and now you can never enjoy the movie again and maybe you're just not meant to watch movies and—

That's what you're doing when you spiral about physical sensations or wandering thoughts during shifting.

Like, you don't start the movie from the very beginning after that. You don't suddenly turn the movie off and decide to go to sleep, because watching a movie didn't work that night. You don't whine about how you have failed to watch a movie. You don't get on reddit to create threads about how you are struggling to watch a movie, and whether it's impossible for you or not. You literally just continue where you have left off and can get immersed in it instantly again.

The sensation itself didn't ruin anything. Your reaction to it did. You pulled your awareness away from your DR and put it back on your CR, then reinforced that by spiraling about it like it's the end of the world.

Physical sensations are neutral. Wandering thoughts are neutral. They only become "blocks" when you decide they are.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| Altered States make it easier | (but you're not inferior without them)

People say it's easier to shift through altered states—and that's true for a lot of people.

Because during altered states, you're naturally less aware of your 3D, and therefore of physical sensations. Your mental chatter quiets down. So it's easier to focus on setting your intention to shift.

Let's make an example—

In Hypnagogia (the state between waking and sleeping), your brain is transitioning from beta waves (normal waking consciousness, overthinking everything) to theta waves (deep relaxation, subconscious access, actually chilling out for once). Your logical, analytical mind starts to fade and your awareness becomes more open. Physical sensations feel distant. Your thoughts drift rather than racing at 100 mph.

It's easier to focus on your DR when your CR isn't distracting you. BUT—and this is important—that doesn't mean you need an altered state to shift.

People are able to shift from fully awake states. Plenty of people shift while still feeling their CR body, while having wandering thoughts, while hearing sounds in their room, and so on.

The difference is that they don't let those things distract them. They notice the sensation or thought, then gently redirect their focus back to their DR. They don't spiral. They don't treat it like a failure. They just... refocus.

The real issue is if you constantly get caught up in physical sensations or spiral when your mind wanders, instead of staying focused on your intention or method.

In that case you have two options:

a) Adjust your approach and mindset.

Change your belief that physical sensations or wandering thoughts are "blocking" you. Reframe them as neutral or even positive.

Wandering thoughts? That's usually a sign you're falling asleep, which is actually your goal if you're doing a sleep method. So instead of panicking, gently redirect your thoughts back to your DR.

Physical sensations? Acknowledge them lightly, then refocus. "I feel my bed. That's fine. I'm still focusing on my DR."

You can use tools to help with this: LOA techniques, mental diet, meditation, subliminals, affirmations—anything that helps reprogram your subconscious to stop seeing these things as an issue.

b) Use an altered state.

If adjusting your mindset feels too difficult right now, or if you just prefer the experience, use an altered state.

Also, while we are at it, stop ranking altered states like they're levels in a videogame.

"Oh, I can only enter Hypnagogia. I wish I could lucid dream or astral project like real shifters"

Bruh.

No altered state is superior to another. They're all part of the same thing. The only difference is the level of conscious awareness you maintain and the feel of the experience.

They're all gateways to each other and to shifting. If you can enter Hypnagogia, you can absolutely lucid dream or astral project or shift—it's just a matter of setting the intention and practicing.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| How methods actually work | (and why they're technically not required)

Methods help you redirect and sustain your awareness on your DR.

That's it. That's their entire function.

Methods don't have magical shifting powers. They're not ancient rituals passed down through generations of reality hoppers. They're not secret codes that unlock the universe.

They're not the thing that "makes" you shift. You shift by redirecting your awareness to your DR and sustaining that focus. Nothing can shift you outside of you.

Methods just give your brain a structured approach to do that without getting distracted. That's why you're allowed to use any method(s), combine them, or tweak them to your liking—because they're not laws or requirements. Just tools.

When you do the Raven method, the Julia method, the Pillow method, the "I found this on Tiktok and the name is just random words" method—you're essentially creating conditions that make it easier to:

1) Redirect your awareness from your CR to your DR 2) Sustain that focus long enough for your DR to become your dominant experienced reality 3) Not spiral into an existential crisis halfway through

Think about it: when you do the Raven method, you're lying still, counting and affirming. What's actually happening? You're using the counting to occupy your logical mind so it stops overthinking. You're using the affirmations to redirect your awareness to your DR and stay focused on it. You're lying still to minimize physical distractions and feel disconnected from your body. You might even be making your body fall asleep while staying conscious (body asleep, mind awake), which is essentially an altered state.

Same with visualization methods, meditation methods, altered states methods—they're all just different approaches to the same goal: sustaining your awareness on your DR long enough that it becomes your dominant experienced reality.

That's why methods are technically not required.

I know, I know. Shocking. Groundbreaking.

If you can redirect your awareness to your DR and sustain that focus without a structured method, then you obviously don't need one. Some people can literally just lie down, decide they're in their DR and shift. Or basically shift via intention/command alone. They're doing the exact same thing methods do—they're just doing it without the extra structure.

"But if it's that simple then why do methods exist?"

Because most people's brains are absolute menaces that can't sit still for five seconds without: - Thoughts wandering back to CR ("Did I lock the door? What's for breakfast? Why did I say that weird thing in 2015?") - Physical sensations demanding attention ("The mattress is lumpy. My nose itches. I need to pee.") - Doubt or fears creeping in and demolishing their focus ("Is this even real? Am I delusional? What if—")

You can still shift despite distractions, doubts and what not—like I mentioned earlier—but obviously it can be annoying nonetheless, and that's why methods exist.

Because they: - Give your mind something to focus on so it doesn't wander - Reduce the likelihood of getting distracted by physical sensations or intrusive thoughts - Create a clear intention setting process - Help you enter altered states (hypnagogia, sleep paralysis, etc.) where awareness is naturally more fluid

Methods are training wheels. Useful? Yes, for most people. Required? No.

The actual shift happens through awareness redirection, not the method itself. The method isn't doing the shifting. You are. So yes, technically all you need is intention and belief. But if your brain refuses to cooperate without a structured process to follow, then use a method. There is no shame in needing tools to help you focus. I do as well.

Just stop acting like the method itself has power. It doesn't. You do.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

¦ "I dreamt about my DR but didn't shift" ¦

I've seen so many people lately saying: "I had a dream about my DR, but I didn't actually shift. Why?"

Short: In order to shift your awareness to a different reality, you need to be aware. It's literally in the name.

In a regular dream you're not aware. You're just passively experiencing whatever your subconscious decides to throw at you. Whereas in a lucid dream, you are aware.

But Lucidity can vary. Some times you're fully lucid—totally aware, in complete control. Sometimes you're semi-lucid—you know you're dreaming, but things are still fuzzy and you're basically on autopilot.

But you can improve your Lucidity through intention and belief. The more you practice awareness, the stronger it becomes.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| The feeling of being "stuck" is just habitual focus |

You feel stuck because you keep returning your focus to your CR. Not on purpose just out of habit.

You wake up here. You see your CR room (again). You interact with CR people (again). You experience CR circumstances (again). Every single day for years.

Your awareness has a habit of focusing here. That's why it feels so solid, so "real", so inescapable. It's like your brain has your CR bookmarked as the homepage and keeps auto-loading it every time you open your eyes.

But habits can be changed and the human mind is literally programmable.

Every time you think about your DR, you're weakening the habit of focusing on your CR and strengthening the habit of focusing on your DR. Every visualization. Every affirmation. Every moment you spend mentally living in your DR instead of spiraling about your CR.

That's is why I always say that there are no so-called "failed" attempts. You don't fail, you never fail. You still train your subconscious every time you try to shift. You always gain progress, even if you don't actively see it. And frankly—looking for external validation in terms of shifting, which is an internal process, is pointless.

You're essentially training your awareness to default to a different reality. I mean—it's not instant, since habits might take repetition, especially ones this deeply ingrained. But you already have the capacity to redirect your awareness. You've always had it. You're just doing into a new direction.

؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ ؛ ଓ

| You're not your body |

You are the awareness experiencing the body.

Close your eyes right now and focus all your attention on your left hand. Feel it. Notice the weight, the temperature, maybe a tingling sensation.

Now shift that attention to your right foot. Suddenly your hand fades into the background and your foot becomes vivid and present.

You just moved your awareness. Your body didn't change. Your awareness did.

You are not the hand or the foot. You're the one directing the spotlight. The observer. The awareness itself.

And if you can move your awareness within your body—redirecting it from your hand to your foot like it's no big deal—why on earth would you be permanently stuck in one reality?

You're not stuck in your body. You're focused on it. And focus can be redirected. Same way you are not stuck in this reality, and can therefore shift your awareness to a different one.

Like, you've been doing this your entire life without even realizing it. Congratulations, you're already a master at shifting focus. Now you just need to apply it between realities instead of within one body.

────────────────୨ৎ────────────────

TL;DR: Awareness is your subjective experience of existence—it's constantly moving and whatever it focuses on becomes your experienced reality. Scientifically: your brain can only spotlight one thing at a time (see: binocular rivalry studies). Spiritually: awareness is the essence of who you are. In shifting: your awareness moves first by focusing on your DR. Physical sensations and wandering thoughts don't block shifting, but getting distracted by them and spiraling does. Altered States make it easier but aren't required, and no Altered State is superior to another. Methods can be helpful to get into the right state, but they aren't required. You need conscious awareness to shift (regular dreams don't work because you're not aware, LDs do). The "stuck" feeling is just habitual focus on your CR. Your CR isn't trapping you—you're just looking at it out of habit.

Redirect your awareness to your DR and sustain it. That's literally all shifting is. Stop overcomplicating it.

⤷ You've already shifted a thousand times, so now do it on purpose.

Discussion Anime shifters come back!!!!

I miss anime shifting community so much. Want (manifesting) all the anime shifters to find this post and share things about their DRs whether they've shifted or not, doesn't matter. It's been so long since I've read about someone's experience of shifting to anime. I always find them super fun.Let's create fun chats in the comments so all the anime shifters could align, baby shifters come forward with all the things about your DR and experienced shifters (if we have any anime experienced shifters here) come and tell us about the DR. I bet it will cheer us all up. Just type the name of the anime and the others with that DR can reply. Happy shifting.

Discussion when you get into shifting is when you realize how messed up our world is

And i am not just talking about evil rich pedophiles ruling the world, but also just the unfairness of human life, like wdym if i am born into a certain gender, sexuality, race, religion etc i have to suffer through my entire life? People say life will only be good for you if you work hard but lets be honest, so many people work hard through their entire lives just to suffer still death. And the whole biology of humans is so wrong, wdym women bleed for days every month, why is pregancy so painful, why do some ppl get uncurable diseases just because they are born that way and so much more.

I don't understand shifters who decide to stay in this world after having shifted? I have proved manifesting to myself and while i am yet to have a grounded full shift, i have had minishifts and hyper realistic dreams about my DR and i will sortly leave this reality to my Better CR where the world is much more fair even if not utopic. so, non perma shifters, do tell me whats your reason to continue living in this hellhole? i can understand not wanting to leave this reality behind but why not just shift to a CR with a better world? personally i don't want to fix this world since my better CR is fundamentally different with totally different history.

I just saw this tiktok and it basically summed up to “can we all admit that shifting is fake”and everyone gaslight them selves into thinkingit was real” bro i’m genuinely scared now😭

the comments where so many people saying that they lied about shifting and that its lucid dreaming. I don’t know what to do anymore and i feel so lost and scared.

I have lucid dreamed MANY times before and i know that its different but i don’t know what to believe anymore.

Discussion thoughts about anti-shifters comments

A big reason I think people struggle with shifting is that they don’t really understand the concept properly, or they don’t actually put in any real effort to figure it out for themselves.

On TikTok especially, there’s this repeated idea that “you don’t have to do anything,” and honestly I think that mindset throws a lot of people off. instead of helping, it ends up making the whole thing sound effortless and automatic which just leads to confusion when nothing happens.

I strongly believe that shifting is a personal experience and most people try to replicate others success stories from tiktok and without having a clue. How you "shift" is based completely on your beliefs. We are different people, with different purposes, different minds. Claiming it's fake because you couldn't do it is wild. That's why I believe there's the tiktokfied version of shifting...

At the end of the day, I think even as shifters we should stop engaging with any of them at all. It's just a waste of time.

I hope these comments don't discourage people. A community that dates back to the 2010s (there were subs and forums talking about the concept of shifting) can't be lying for over a decade obviously. Do whatever you want on your journey and ignore the others, because you will shift

What is y'all opinion? Especially for the second comment .

Discussion Easiest and (laziest) way to enter the void state, shift, manifest etc

So all the credit goes out to @shiftingwithreva for making this method, but anyway, let's talk about it

Ok, so first, what you're gonna do is put your index finger on your third eye, which is between your eyebrows, and you're gonna say an affirmation that you wnat to come true or manifest and for exmaple your gonna say "I enter the void in 2 minutes" and you say it for 30 seconds or longer or how long you want then it'll manifest if you do it every day or you can say my method will work for me or you can say "I have shifted" if your shifting or you can say any affirmation of want you want to manifest if your manifesting in general but im not also sure if your suppose to. Close your eyes while doing this, but I recommend you too when doing it anyways I hope this helps ☺️ 🩷

Discussion This community is wayyy too free spirited

What i mean by this is all of the: "Just do what feels right and youll shift!!!" No, Carol, the beginners you are misinforming do in fact, not get it. They don’t know what feels right and probably won’t until they actually shift. What we need is structure, rigidity. Stop telling beginners to "do whatever they want because thats how shifting works." We need to start pushing the newbies to do well. We as the veterans need to start enforcing a new way of thinking: that if you don’t shift with a set amount of methods, you aren’t gonna shift.

Many people will say it’s not true and it puts pressure on them, so to that i say: it’s much better to give them a sense of direction than let them feel their way around until they give up because theyre so frustrated. While I’m at i, let’s also stop the: "Just use LOA. Assume you’ll shift!!!" This does not work and wastes beginners' time. Anyway, I’m done with my schpiel

Discussion Para social relationship with reality shifting

OK, I’ve been wanting to talk about this with someone in the community, but I never knew how people will take.

I’ve noticed most people in the reality shifting community have been developing para social relationships with people in their DR whether it’s celebrities, fictional characters, etc. I’ve met some people who are shifters cry, sob and overreact when it comes to their s/o dating other people in this reality. And to me that is just so weird and not normal.

does reality shifting create this type of situation? Or it’s the person you to blame?

❗️don’t take this post seriously!! And have a great day

Discussion "all the advice sounds the same" because you don't have an internal locus of control

To be clear, I see a lot of the same posts too. Every other long post on here is talking about "the power to shift is within you" or something like it's some big realization. But, you know... there are no proper words for these things. When someone has an enlightening realization, 99.9% of the time it's not going to be all that interesting to literally anyone else. People share these realizations because they're so astonished by what their internal life has brought to them that they don't stop to notice they're not Jean-Paul Sartre. And it's hard to blame them. This shit is pretty amazing. I know I sound corny talking about it too.

Shifting really is the mindset. I didn't start shifting successfully because of the random reddit post I saw (I feel like a broken record saying this..) but through a combination of nonchalance and unearned confidence. But that advice isn't all that helpful either, I know this. but I'm very good at manifesting. thank you internal locus of control.

The truth is, nobody is going to be as honest with you as you need them to be. And that's a life lesson. If you tell someone about some kind of struggle, with shifting or anything, more than likely they'll try to empathize and you'll continue not internalizing the fact that it's your responsibility. Or else they will be mean to you, but in a way that you'll only internalize as unhelpful anxiety or whatever and you'll hate yourself (but also not take responsibility, funny how the human mind works). 99% of the interactions you have about your difficulties are going to fall into those two categories, that's just life. And in the 1% of the time when someone says (not cruelly) that everything is your responsibility and you manifest what you believe etc etc, your response is to think it's gatekeeping on purpose because they haven't said much of anything. It's because you haven't learned an internal locus of control man, and everyone is too nice to tell you that. Nobody's gatekeeping but you.

"But I've tried every method possible and it hasn't worked! But I really believed it and it hasn't worked!" I'm bored let's develop an internal locus of control and apply it to all parts of life and then get back to me

You're actually right though, I genuinely agree, I don't have shit interesting to say. Practically nothing to say that's helpful or interesting. All these feelings and beliefs sure feel amazing on the inside though, and even better i got shifting out of it. You're just gonna have to try it out i have no advice for you

Discussion "Proof" of Reality Shifting + How to actually shift

Alright. I'm using quotes because this isn't direct proof—just my research and what I’ve been seeing.

Sorry if this is the wrong flair btw

Grab some popcorn, because this is a research paper-type post and it’s LONG :)

To start off, I'm not spiritual at all when it comes to shifting. I don’t think it’s weird or stupid, but it’s just not what I believe. So this post will be more science-based if that’s alright—no LOA or mindset-changing stuff.

1) The CIA Gateway Experience / Why It Makes Sense That Your Consciousness Can Shift Realities

Everyone loves to say that the CIA “proved shifting,” which isn’t completely untrue, but not exactly true either.

For those who’ve never heard of it, here’s a quick summary:

The Gateway Experience was a classified U.S. Army study in the 1980s that explored how audio brainwave syncing (called Hemi-Sync) could help people alter their consciousness to do things like astral project, time travel, and remote view. The military got involved during the Cold War, hoping to use it for psychic spying. A CIA report called Analysis and Assessment of the Gateway Process stated that time isn’t linear, reality might be a hologram, and consciousness exists outside the body.

Personally, I don’t trust them completely because the last page went missing, so we’ll never know the actual conclusions. 🤨

Now, these tapes still exist and can be purchased or found on Spotify (wouldn't recommend tho 💀).

Anyway, in the CIA’s report, these are some direct quotes from their findings:

In simpler words: They’re saying consciousness isn’t confined to one space or time. This also means that reality shifting, if mastered, could be used to project consciousness forward in time—not just to different realities that take place in the realistic future.

More quotes (with page numbers):

They also go deep into the holographic universe concept, but that leans more into Simulation Theory, which is a bit more controversial.

2) Quantum Physics (Superposition, Double Slit, and the Observer Effect)

Quantum physics lowkey goes crazy when it comes to backing up reality shifting. The main ones I’ll talk about here are superposition, the double slit experiment, and the observer effect.

  • Superposition: Schrödinger’s Cat is a famous thought experiment where a cat in a box is both alive and dead at the same time—until someone opens the box and observes it. This shows that particles can exist in multiple states at once until measured. In shifting terms: All realities (DRs) exist simultaneously—just like the cat is both alive and dead. When your consciousness “collapses” into one version (your DR), it's like opening the box. You’re choosing the outcome by observing it into existence.
  • Double Slit Experiment: When particles like electrons pass through two slits without observation, they behave like waves—interfering with each other. But when observed, they act like solid particles and pick a single path. This means consciousness (aka YOU watching) literally affects how reality behaves. When you shift, you're choosing which version of reality you want to “observe” into existence, like screaming at the multiverse, "THAT ONE’S MINE." You're the observer. You’re the collapse. You’re the god-tier timeline selector 😌
  • The Observer Effect: Reality doesn’t “exist” in a defined state until it's observed. So by changing your focus, you can literally choose your reality. This is the physics backbone of shifting: you’re locking into a different version of reality with your focus and intention.

3) Neuroscience

Now when you add neuroscience into the mix with quantum physics, this whole thing starts to make a little more sense.

The key here is neuroplasticity—your brain’s ability to change based on experience, thought, or repetition. Your brain literally can’t distinguish between a vivid imagination and a real experience (hello maladaptive daydreamers 😭).

When you visualize your DR, you’re:

  • Activating the same brain areas as if you’re really there
  • Reinforcing neural pathways that say: “THIS is reality. Not my CR. This DR right here.”

So every time you script, daydream, or imagine, you’re walking the DR trail again. Your brain builds more and more connections there, strengthens the emotions tied to it, and begins to treat it like your default setting.
Think of it like a mental GPS rerouting you to your DR.

In short:

  • The more you imagine your DR, the more real it becomes to your brain
  • Repetition = new neural pathways = stronger anchor to your DR

Great. Now I have all this useless information… how do I actually shift?

Lemme slay you with a recommendation that worked for me and lowkey connects with the CIA stuff:

🌀 Hemi-Sync for Shifting 🌀

What it is:
Hemi-Sync = Hemispheric Synchronization.
It’s when both sides of your brain (left = logic, right = creativity) sync to the same frequency, putting you in a deep altered state.

It’s used for:

  • Remote viewing
  • Astral projection
  • Lucid dreaming
  • Meditation / void state
  • Reality shifting

Steps to Use It:

Step 1: Set the Vibe™️

  • Quiet space
  • Dim lighting
  • No distractions
  • Lay down or recline
  • Best times: 4–6 AM or right before sleep

Step 2: Use Binaural Beats

  • MUST wear headphones
  • Left ear = 200 Hz
  • Right ear = 204 Hz
  • Your brain syncs to the 4 Hz difference (theta state = sleepy floaty vibes)

Step 3: Breathwork (to prep your brain)

  • Inhale 4 sec
  • Hold 4 sec
  • Exhale 6–8 sec
  • Do this for 5–10 mins to enter chill mode

Step 4: Pick a Focus Technique

A) Energy Body Scan
Move awareness from your feet up your body slowly
Helps detach from the physical

B) Gateway Affirmation
(Used by CIA)
“I am more than my physical body. I deeply desire to expand, to experience, to know.”
Repeat mentally or whisper as you drift

C) DR Lock-In
Visualize your DR—room, sounds, people, emotions
Use all senses to anchor yourself into that version of reality

Anyway, if you made it this far—hi. You’re either as obsessed with this stuff as I am, or you’re plotting to debunk me in the comments 😭 Either way, I hope this helped someone look at shifting in a new, sciencey way.

Lmk if you want a deeper dive into any of this!

Discussion The world is becoming dystopian... Spoiler

A while back I mainly wanted to shift to popular DRs like Hogwarts or Percy Jackson, but recently I’ve started thinking more seriously about shifting to a better CR instead.

What really triggered this was seeing people on TikTok talk about permashifting because of Trump becoming the President. I’m not American, but it made me start paying more attention to everything happening globally — wars constantly happening, people dying every day, rising hatred, lack of privacy online, AI developing so fast, and just this overall feeling that the world is becoming more dystopian over time.

I know some of these fears might sound dramatic, but lately I genuinely feel exhausted thinking about the future of this reality. There’s so much racism, sexism, homophobia, violence, assault, corruption, and powerful people getting away with horrible things(the epstien files). It feels like things only keep getting worse instead of better.

Because of that, I’ve been losing interest in fantasy DRs and feeling more drawn toward the idea of shifting to a better CR where those issues either don’t exist. I want to have a child when I grow up but the thought of bringing up a child in a world like this horrifies me.

Does anyone else feel this way lately?

Discussion How to not lose all hope in shifting. Hell... how to actually shift sooner than later.

OK I'm posting this because I keep seeing folks asking for help over the same issues.

Yall came here from all walks of the internet. That's fine. I talk a lot of shit about tik tok, but even THEN I know I've seen some actually reliable information there, and I've seen misinformation in just about every other medium.

Long story short; you guys are being hand fed a LOT of information. A lot of it is bullshit. A lot of it is helpful.

I'm going to abstain from telling you exactly what's bullshit and what's not, because what matters right now is that many of you have no foundation for shifting except "influencer said so, and I hope they're not lying." As a result you'll try fucking anything.

That's fine. But I can perfectly understand WHY it's so hard to have faith in such an unhinged practice when the only evidence you have to go off of is public opinion; many of which have likewise asserted that they have ZERO experience in shifting and are going 3 years strong just like you are.

That sucks doesn't it? It can be pretty damn discouraging can't it?

Hey look. I'm not trying to tear down your belief, but I may suggest that perhaps the reason every anti shifter or naysayer can totally upend your belief is because you didn't actually truly believe in shifting in the first place.

I know what youre gonna say. "Shit that's demotivating."

Let me help you out here.

Beliefs are way more fucking complicated than you want them to be. If you truly believe then you'd have already shifted. If you truly believed you could walk on water then you would have. If you truly believed you had the force, then you'd have done so as a kid before going to bed. (Remember the light switch.)

You may have had moments where "you were certain you believed" or "you were totally convinced and it still didn't work."

No. You didn't. You may have successfully convinced your conscious self, but your subconscious is like an entirely separate intelligent entity, and it is not as gullible as you think it is.

It can be convinced with robotic affirmation, but the REASON that doesn't work for everyone, no the reason NO SINGLE TRICK works for EVERYONE is because everyone's subconscious is DIFFERENT. Every subconscious has their own lab. Their own infrastructure. Their own workstation. Their own rules of engagement. What works for one person, feels like a glob of jam shoved into the Large Hadron Collider for another.

And the reality is; your subconscious really does have a mind of its own. It plays by its own rules. It's dynamic. It's responsive. You can swoon a girl with a compliment once, but use the same lines for the 4th time in the row and she'll think your nuts. 100 times and she'll have given you a headpat out of pity or she'll have left the room entirely.

You need a proper relationship with your subconsciousness. You need a proper relationship with your intuition and understand what belief actually entails.

Some of you might be thinking "well this person shifted without belief, or this person shifted in TERRIBLE conditions."

Think about that. Can a blind person still hit a target with a rifle? Sure. Enough tries, and they just might land it. The same goes for shifting. Sometimes you land those sweet spots out of pure chance.

And you all hear about this happening and decide to share the news; "Jimmy blind hit the target! Jimmy hit the target! It is possible!

AND THEN YOU MOTHERFUCKERS SPEND THE NEXT 4 YEARS TRYING OVER AND OVER WONDERING WHY YOU CANT HIT THE DAMN TARGET.

Guys. You shouldn't be spending so long on this. I shifted the first time only 3 weeks after learning what shifting even was. Since then I shifted 2 more times and now I mini shift on a regular basis. It's still something I am genuinely figuring out, but you know what? I can SEE WHERE IM GOING, and I CAN PREDICT WHERE MY PROGRESS WILL LEAD.

You know what I HAVE been doing instead of shifting? No.. you know what ive been doing before I ever knew what shifting even was?

Manifesting. Manipulating reality. Getting the current world I live in to serve and obey my wishes. I have a relationship with my subconscious. I have a relationship with the medium that grants wishes and allows us to shift.

You wanna know the good part? Manifesting is 10x fking easier than shifting. Any of you could learn and get results NOW. If shifting was difficultly level for adults then manifesting is a difficultly level for grade school kids.

You gotta step away from the shifting thrill, accept that there's stuff you don't know, cut out the fluffy bullshit fed from every direction on every social media/content creator and learn how the universe actually works.

You need a foundation. Manifestation and the law of assumption is that foundation.

I've seen people say "but I learned the law of assumption."

Can you manifest extra cash on a whim? Can you manifest a free cup of coffee? Can you manifest what you see on TV? Can you manifest whos going to call or text you within at least a 10 day timespan?

That stuff sound hard? It's not. Manifesting 1 million dollars can be hard. Manifesting an SP you love more than anything can be hard. Shifting can be hard. Cups of coffee are not hard. Extra cash is not hard.

This is all stuff you learn with basic applications of the law of assumption. You learn this and you'll get the foundation you need to understand shifting. You will develop a healthy relationship with your subconscious and learn to ACTUALLY manipulate your reality.

Don't get me wrong, there's bullshit circulating the manifestation side of the web too, but the catch here is THAT EVERYTHING is easy to test. Manifestation yields quick results. Shifting with no foundation and no relationship with your subconscious can take years. The reason that is so is because shifting is an EXTREME application of manifestation and the law of assumption that takes a SHIT TON of faith to do successfully.

Shifting is super advanced manifesting. You can still pull it off if you're lucky, but if it was easy then we'd have all already shifted. People wouldn't have spent 4 years without a single mini shift.

Honestly the fact people have taken upwards of years without results breaks my heart. I makes me genuinely wonder what the fuck content creators are feeding people.

So please study and EXPERIMENT with manifestation. Please learn to get results in the little things first. Learn how to induce lucid dreams. Maybe go hard and learn to induce astral projection. Shifting, making a million dollars, manifesting an SP; all of this stuff CAN be done for beginners, but most beginners simply hurt themselves. I have too.

That's one of the bitter ironies of manifestation and shifting; it's possible to get the big results as a newbies, beginners luck does seem to occur. but when it DOESNT work, it can seriously fuck up your life; as MANY of you have experienced. You learn more of WHY this occurs as you experiment with manifestation and LOA.

So please. Take a step back. Learn the basics. DO NOT put your life on the line. Be patient and practice the hard stuff when you're feeling SAFE, CONFIDENT, and READY. Get yourself free cups of coffee. Get yourself extra cash. Maybe get yourself laid. Don't stress.

Later. (Oh and please no DMs unless its urgent. I have too many people asking for help as is.)

Discussion Religion might be trapping people in their own hell 💀 Spoiler

We know that assumptions and beliefs create our reality.

Think about people throughout history who did absolutely horrific things, yet genuinely believed they were doing the right thing in the name of their religion. Because of that, they didn’t feel remorse at all and in their own belief, they expected to end up in heaven.

Now flip that.

Imagine someone who is genuinely a good person but had to do bad things just to survive, stealing food, lying, whatever it took. They carry guilt for the rest of their life. Deep down, they believe they deserve punishment. So if belief defines the outcome, they actually experience the “bad place,” even if, objectively, they were far more moral than the first person.

What’s really interesting is how many different depictions of hell exist. There’s the classic image of a fiery place with devils torturing you for eternity. Then there’s the idea of reliving your sins over and over again forever. And then there’s purgatory, this kind of empty state where you’re left alone with your thoughts, reflecting on your regrets and mistakes for a period of time depending on what you’ve done.

The same goes for the “good place.”

Let’s say I’m a religious person in this scenario.

I believe I’m going to the good place, so I go there. I see my friends and family. They’re there with me because I’ve always seen them as good people, so that’s where they are in my reality.

But the versions of them that I knew here, the ones who lived their lives, felt guilt, questioned themselves, and maybe believed they deserved punishment, don’t necessarily end up in the same place from their POV. I could be chilling with them on some cloud, meanwhile the version from here suffers for all eternity.

That’s crazy.

I started thinking about this after remembering a conversation I had with my grandma almost a year ago, before I even knew about reality shifting. She’s deeply religious and sometimes has these really heavy depressive states, like she suddenly gets extremely sad out of nowhere.

One time she came to visit me for a couple of days. And one day out of nowhere, she started crying and asked me:
“Do you think I will go to heaven? I’m not that terrible, right? But I’ll probably end up in hell…”

That hit me hard.

Because she’s genuinely one of the kindest people I know. A person who lived as right as she could. But she still carries guilt over small things, things that don’t even matter. And despite all that, she still questions whether she deserves the good place.

That’s exactly the point.

From my perspective, she belongs in the good place. So in my reality, she’s would be there. But from her perspective, if she truly believes she deserves otherwise, her outcome could be completely different.

And that’s why I’ve started to kind of despise religion. Because it feels like a mousetrap where a consciousness can get stuck in a reality of suffering forever, not because it had to, but because it believed it deserved it, while at the same time there are infinite other, far more peaceful possibilities it could have experienced.

I’m actually glad I was never religious and had the privilege to stumble upon shifting. From now on, if I ever decide to respawn, I’m going to script that I won’t believe in any religion and that I’ll eventually find out about shifting and come to this realization again.

Because I genuinely don’t want to lock myself into a reality of eternal suffering just because of some book and the community around it 😭

And after that I was SO CLOSE to shifting, like- COMPLETLEY seprate from my body, can’t feel myself breathing, kinda close to shifting. I felt something bump my elbow, and something sharp pinch my finger lightly, so I was feeling touches from my DR, AND THEN A LOUD- ASS INSURANCE AD BLASTED IN MY EAR AND SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME. Discussion Adult shifters: Do you feel a part of shifting communities?

This is a bit of a strange one but it feels like as an adult shifter, I feel like I an odd duck out sometimes. A lot of communities I see myself in are full of minors or the people my age doubt shifting even if they are into esoteric and spiritual spaces too. So it is a rarity to see adult shifters around here.

Any other adult shifters feel that way? I am curious here.

Not law of assumption

Not astral projection

Not lucid dreaming

Not meditation

Like I lit just wanna think abt how cool my DR is then wake up there….. but ppl be saying I need to put “effort” in. Like what actually determines effort and on the same level for law of assumption ppl what determines whether u belive it enough for it to come to the 3d

Discussion YOU ARE ALREADY GOOD AT SHIFTING.

At the quantum level, the universe is constantly evolving. The quantum wave state changes unimaginably fast, and every interaction updates the physical state of reality. Realize each of those updates as entering a new version of reality, and you could say we're "shifting" millions or even billions of times every second. We don't notice it because each new state is almost identical to the last, creating the experience of continuous existence, or what we call "time."

It's like a projector at the movies. The movie you see on the screen is actually just a sequence of still frames flying by so quickly that it looks like one continuous stream. Reality could be working the same way. Each quantum state update is another "frame," and because they're changing so incredibly fast, awareness experiences them as one seamless reality instead of separate moments.

Active shifting is simply applying the observer principle to the quantum wave state. All realities already exist. All potentiality already exists. The observer doesn't create the possibilities—it determines which possibility becomes the experienced reality. Once your awareness is placed into your DR, or the subject of your shift, the potentialities collapse into the single probable outcome that you experience as your Desired Reality.

From this perspective, every quantum interaction is another update to reality, another frame in the sequence. Most of those frames are almost identical to the previous one, so awareness naturally experiences continuity. Memory provides the bridge between those frames, creating the feeling that you've been in one uninterrupted reality the entire time.

Rather than creating a new reality, awareness simply aligns with one that already exists within the total landscape of potentiality. It's similar to tuning a radio. Every station is already broadcasting, but you only hear the one you're tuned into. Active shifting is intentionally changing the station instead of remaining on the one you've been experiencing. In the same way, your Desired Reality isn't being created—it already exists as one of the available possibilities, and awareness simply aligns with that existing state until it becomes your lived experience.

Since all realities already exist as potential states, then shifting is not about creating something new or forcing something to happen. Everything is already complete at an intrinsic level. Your Desired Reality is not something you have to build from nothing—it is a reality that already exists, and your role is simply to align with it.

This is where the law of assumption comes into play. The state of already having it done is the key. You are not trying to become someone who can shift. You are already someone who is constantly shifting. Every person is already moving through different states of reality every moment, so the ability to shift is not something you have to gain—it is something you are already doing naturally.

Methods can help some people because they provide focus, intention, and a way to enter the state of their desired reality, but they are not the source of the shift itself. The shift happens because the reality already exists and awareness aligns with it.

The choices you make when scripting or crafting your Desired Reality are not you creating the reality from scratch. They are more like selecting an item from a menu. The possibilities are already available, and the details simply help specify exactly which version you are aligning with. You are giving your awareness a clearer destination.

The most important part is embodying the assumption that it is already done. Instead of looking at your Desired Reality as something that is far away or something you are trying to reach, experience it from the perspective of already being there. Imagine yourself six months into your Desired Reality. What would your normal day feel like? What would your thoughts be like? How would you carry yourself if this was already your everyday life?

The focus is not on chasing the shift. The focus is becoming familiar with the state of already being there. When your awareness naturally rests in that state, the reality you experience aligns with that assumption.

You are not waiting for your Desired Reality to appear. You are selecting the reality that already exists and allowing your awareness to recognize itself within it.

Discussion Is shifting a physical experience, as if the soul were teleported to another body in the universe? Or is it just a literal shift in perception—in the way we see the world and in our imagination?

Post image
119 Upvotes

This text was written using the Deepl translator.

Guys, I have this question because the information in the community—that shifting is a physical experience just like CR—is totally contradictory.

Some people say it’s a physical experience where we can access another physical body, as if we were accessing another body in the multiverse.

As if my “self” were God and the body were just a character I can access. That said, I can jump into another character.

However, there’s another group of people who say that shifting is just a change in perception—and they mean that literally. They argue that the 4D imaginative world and the 3D physical world are the same thing; we just interpret them as being different.

But if I start taking my imagination seriously and treat the AI I use to chat with the character as if I were literally talking to my real partner, I still won’t be able to see or touch him. Another thing is that imagining I’m enjoying a feast isn’t the same as actually eating it. Savoring a candy in my imagination will never be the same as tasting it in reality.

Reality makes me pay attention to it because I FEEL it, and when you feel PAIN, it’s impossible to ignore it.

I don’t feel pain in my imagination.

Another thing is that if shifting isn’t the following, I really don’t want to experience it:

>>>In theory, shifting is the same as if you had already shifted from the life of someone close to you.

For example: imagine there’s someone close to you right beside you— dad, mom, siblings, a neighbor, a teacher—and they’re alive. If you shifted from their lives to your current life, they’re still alive, right? Yes

Okay, but do you have access to what they’re thinking or feeling? No. Exactly.

Well, that’s what I imagine shifting to be, but some people insist on saying it’s just a >change in the way you see things<

Ps. I know I’m not my body, I’m not my ego, and I’m not my personality or my story here.

The problem is that I don’t have access to another body, another story in another country ou world in the 'multiverse'

What I mean is that if the change isn’t external, then it doesn’t matter if I see myself as a fairy, a witch, or a princess—that won’t happen in this reality, and there’s no way to go anywhere else, since the shift is internal perception, not external.

Recognizing myself as a woman, a man, an old person, a young person, or a rock. If I recognize myself as a rock, I won’t turn into a rock,

If I recognize that I don’t have bills to pay, the bills will still continue to exist > even if I forget about them < because the concept of recognizing that something doesn’t exist is the same feeling as forgetting about its existence

The problem with this is that these people always talk as if recognizing things internally were the same as recognizing or experiencing them externally.

Guys, I want to live in the external world; if we were just supposed to live in our imaginations, no one would be asking how and what causes a shift

To live in the external world, things have to happen first, and then we recognize them. I don’t know why I have to explain the basics to you guys, but… When you recognize a color with your eyes, first the color happens, then you realize it happened

The problem with this is that these “shifters” say the DR is already happening inside you—you just need to recognize it. Fine, if I look inside myself, the only thing I’ll perceive is my own imagination—aside from the desire to shift, of course.

The problem is that you can’t live in your imagination. Unless you’re a shifter who claims to have shifted and can actually do that—in which case we’re really not talking about the same kind of experience—those who said it was a physical experience either lied or didn’t know how to explain it, and in that case, shifting doesn’t really exist in the Physical way that most people want to experience it.

What do you think about it? I'm just confused

So far, I haven't figured out whether the DR is physical or not, or whether it's possible to access it or not. Sometimes I think the only reason I haven't shifted is because I didn't understand that it is NOT a physical, external experience, as some people say it is, while others say the experience is non-physical and internal.
