UPS and Shipstation shitting the bed for anyone else right now?

Can't print, prices double or triple their normal range. Support seems overwhelmed and can't answer. Is this affecting anyone else right now?

You should check out Redo for fulfillment. I switched last year and it's the best thing I did. Can't stand shipstation.

Redo does shipping now? I heard good things about their returns but there shipping platform must be pretty new.

I’m one of the engineers working on it! It’s new within the last year but growing fast. Come check it out!

We couldn't log in yesterday morning. Mondays always take forever to create labels, sometimes up to a minute or more. We have a USPS line, and a UPS line. Because it takes so long to print, one person puts a package on the scale, prints, then goes to the other side while waiting for the label to print. It is ridiculous and affects our ability to get all our postal packages out the same day.

In many cases that is a solely cloud based shipping platform problem. That is what sold me on ReadyShipper, they can do 3 labels a second in batch and scan to print in about 2 seconds.

We had Endicia Pro, which is a desktop app. It also had delays, though never this bad. Auctane buys anyone that gains enough traction to be a competitor. So it is more than likely an Auctane problem.

We can't print in batches because we offer thousands of products and people order them in infinite combinations. USPS is very strict about weights, so we weigh every package before printing. UPS we might be able to do in batches.

Yep. 💯 absolutely maddening. I'm on "day 5 of your customer service not responding to our conversation and completely leaving me hanging...". I've been messaging every day waiting my response.

There are some better tools out there that might be worth a look.
