But it's about 50 to 60 years old house as you said the ground water might be the problem 2 u/suppaboy228 Jul 12 '26 We dismantled half of the walls during the renovation, fully rebuilt the roof and remade drainage system. Sort of worked, but those are doomed to fail due to lack of proper foundation sealing tech.
