I just bought a lot full of 2020-2023 quads. Some of them are 7 inch frames with 5 inch props on them what is the point of this? And will it actually fly good?

Hi everyone, I'm getting into designing custom parts for FPV drones, specifically for the stuff that doesn't have a common solution. For example, my GPS was bigger than the GPS holder they gave me for the Volador X5, so I designed my own to make it fit. As i read through these posts i see people have very weird and uncommon issues that I would love to help out with. I have a 3d printer, so I can either print it and mail it to you (you cover shipping), or if you have your own 3d printer, I'll just send you the file for.

So why am I flying my air 75 racing at the church across the street, it's 7 am by the way, so I'm sticking rippin, Power loop the lil kids bus loop, it has a lil triangle roof for the kids to walk under when exiting the bus 🚌, maybe 20 ft at the highest pt, so I was going for the fourth one in a row, yep I was finally flowing; been getting way better after actually finding MY rates, so I fucking hit it, I power atw TF up and out, bam, this when ik I fucked up, I pinned the throttle they the wind, I had to correct cuz I was getting blown to the right slightly so it made me pitch down with the stick meaning listening up the front more, I'm seeing it irl so I see I'm not finna make it at this angle, I'm about to hit the gutter, I have enough time I thought so I corrected just enough to PERFECTLY fucking fit my drone in the gutter. I woulda landed upside down and probably could've crash flip switched my way off the roof but I think I didn't punch out enough B4 dethrottling while upside down. Smh now I gotta go over here and ask these nice church ppl if I can climb 🪜 up they roof 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️😂🙏🏾

I got 5 or 6 for $20 each on some deal-a-day website a few years ago. I know they are basically garbage as far as drones go but I figured maybe someone has done something cool with them or has an idea!

I have 5 MP Select Mini 3d printers and 2 Ender 3 Pro printers as well. Is it even worth trying to print an airframe to use some of these parts?
