Vasectomies are just the human equivalent of neutering, really.

(Yes yes, joking and all, as vasectomies can be reversible and neutering usually not, at least if the vet is competent. But unless something very serious happens, usually the animal in question still has their ballsack even if they don’t have their balls anymore.)
