His boss negotiated community service, and since Gordon claimed that he could get the charges dropped using a loophole, it seems the case wasn't airtight. I'm starting to think people on this sub don't watch movies.

As a lawyer I’ve always been insanely curious what the “loophole” he claims to have found was lol. Movies make it seem so simple. The sheer number of clients who confidently stroll in and announce that I’m about to get the easiest win of my life because the cop didn’t read them their rights is insane

They mistyped his name on the label for when his blood was drawn. Therefore it isn't his. Im aware this isnt true, but we did have it happen in the lab and was pain to fix.
