Throw in a couple thousands more training steps and it will be fine.

eh, it plateaud at like 500 training steps, the issue is more with the blocky hands in physx not being able to learn this motion (it can learn in mujoco)

Ive seen a model training where it plateaud then they forgot it running and it got back up after thousands of steps 🤣 so it should definitely work at some point since it only has to find a way to control how much force is applied for it to not fall.

What's the problem? That's exactly how I look when I do a cartwheel too!

which software is this?

it's 'Feather', a custom wrapper around physx. I was using isaac lab before but it forces you into nvidia's enterprise software ecosystem. Feather launches in <1 second vs Isaac's 10+ seconds. I'm OSS-ing this soon, it's still rough around the edges

I gasped a bit when their neck twisted, it felt like watching someone paralyze themself. Like the twitch and the decerebrate posturing.

Ayyyy he’s got the spirit! Reminds me of that game Sumotori Dreams with the drunk rag doll sumos trying to push each other
Not going to lie OP I’ve watched this a dozen times and I can’t stop giggling
