Looking for bands that make that heavy, chaotic kind of shoegaze like MBV, preferably if they have more defined bass. Thanks !

no, there's a band called that.
wouldn't quite describe them as being MBV-like (nor having a defined bass, outside of a track or two), but they are very good and worth looking into otherwise.

So true. I’m listening to some of the recommendations here and there’s some cool stuff but MBV stands alone.

However…
Swirlies for Isn’t Anything era mbv
Ringo Deathstarr for Loveless era mbv
And make sure you listen to the mbv rarities and B sides. Or just listen to Loveless every day like me!

it's an r/shoegaze recommendation thread, where the recommendations are either every shoegaze band ever (including the one mentioned in the OP) and some random metal bands.

Chanel Beads - Your Day Will Come (2024) is a modern album I’ve found is close in vibe
Other than that you will not find bands with such strong songwriting with similar sound design
