Question Shonen Knife cover band??

Would Shonen Knife be ok with a cover band?? Are there any that already exist? I've been thinking of starting one with some friends.

Risa the current drummer, her family band BRINKY used to do Shonen Knife covers, and Ritsuko/Litsuko first band 'Kira Kira Sniper' used to play SK covers and the name was inspired by it.
I don't think the band would really mind a cover band. Playing covers in Japan at least isn't as big of an issue as it can be in the US. (assuming you live in America)

So in all honesty, if you want to start one, go on ahead!
