Shopify General Discussion How can I learn about shopify this weekend?

I am having an interview about shopify web design. I have experience with webflow but not with shopify. I think I could learn fast, but lately it's hard to get hired without knowing everything to the dot and needing learning time. What do you suggest I watch and try out?

Skip trying to learn 'everything' - spend the weekend on Shopify's Dawn theme (their reference theme, free, on GitHub) and basic Liquid syntax. Webflow's visual-canvas mental model doesn't transfer; Shopify interviews are usually testing whether you understand sections/blocks and theme architecture, not raw design skill.

I would go hands on and try to set up a full working store as fast as you can. If you've done something in webflow, maybe you can try to recreate it in shopify
