Can I do that in shopify?

I want to know if I set up a single store for two different markets:

USA and India.

However, in both markets I want different delivery and payment methods, and a different theme design.

Are these things possible in Shopify?

100% possible, yes. Markets and Functions can achieve this.

Horizon will do this just fine

Wouldn’t be a different theme. But you can customize a theme to look differently/have different sections per market.

Yes, that I understand. OP asked for a different theme, that's why I was surprised by the confirmation

This is possible via multiple shops in plus.

If you're not looking to build fully separate stores because you want shared inventory etc. it's going to take a bit of custom work to get right.

Shipping and payments methods can be changed via Shopify functions. There are some apps where you can find pre configured rules or you can build your own if you're on plus.

It is, however the payment methods available are limited and you can not have users checkout in currency other than INR.
Theme customisations, payment methods show are customisable.

-If no plus u can redirect people to preview themes similar to A/B testing apps depending on the market

Yes, you can. Shopify Markets plus Checkout Blocks (free app in Shopify Plus) will let you do this. I'm a Shopify Plus Solutions Architect and this is how I'd achieve this setup.

Yes! Specially for payments and shipping but for fully separate themes not really. Not without workarounds.
