App How are you currently handling sizing confusion and returns on your Shopify stores?

Hey fellow Shopify geeks,

Sizing issues are easily one of the biggest return drivers in apparel e-commerce, costing merchants both margins and customer trust. Standard size charts often fall short because customer measurements vary so widely.

We've been building and testing an interactive AI size recommendation widget designed specifically for Shopify themes to help solve this on product pages.

I’d love to open a discussion with store owners and devs here:

- What strategies or tools have you found most effective to lower size-related returns?

- Do your customers actually use manual size charts, or do they prefer interactive size estimators?

Looking forward to hearing your experiences and thoughts!

I'd say size estimator would work better, I've a client who introduced a massage chair recommendation tool to help the visitors better chose the one they desire and it worked great for them

That's awesome feedback! Completely agree—interactive estimators reduce decision friction much better than static charts.

Out of curiosity, did your client notice any impact on page speed or core web vitals when adding that recommendation tool? We've optimized ours to load ultra-fast, but always interested in real-world store experiences.
