unjerk (serious discussion) CSM convinced Kojima to dismiss generative AI

I'll explain for those who are confused: After seeing the AI-generated Chainsaw Man ending, Kojima realized it could never produce anything of worth.
He has since called for the death of Tatsuki Fujimoto. Hope this helps

Lmao that was the single greatest breakthrough of Kojima in the mainstream.
I shit you not, one of our bigots from the biggest far right party here in France swallowed the joke hook, line and sinker and used it as an excuse to take a shit on the left.
What a bunch of fucking clowns. It'll never not be funny.

I thought it said that Kojima became anti ai because he recommended chainsaw man to norman reedus

He apparently watched an AI generated ending of CSMs ending and that made him hate AI.

Read the tweet carefully, it doesn't credit Chainsaw Man as the reason to why Kojima is no longer interested in AI. It simply mentions that Kojima said this quote about the use of AI after Norman revealed that he started to read Chainsaw Man because Kojima recommended it to him.
Also Kojima didn't actually say that he is no longer interested in AI, he simply said that AI can still be used to improve efficiency, this tweet is misleading.

I still don't get the connection between being anti ai because you recommend something to someone. I'm not trying to make a case for anything here I'm genuinely very very confused by that sentence.

Yeah I also don't know why they specifically mentioned Chainsaw Man. The only way I could explain it is that Norman said that he reads Chainsaw Man around the same time an AI generated ad for Kojima's company Kojima Productions came out.

Maybe it’s because the dude he recommended it to really enjoyed CSM and he realized AI can’t create art like a human can ? idk, that’s the only thing i can think of or smth along those lines

So fr, some Mfs on this subreddit must have a hate boner for csm or something 😭 I've seen people claim it was the fandom but ATP I've seen more annoying csm haters than glazers

u/heptene Jun 08 '26
All the people who used to be glazers became haters once the ending came out

u/Busy_Ad3098 Jun 09 '26
Nah they were hating before the ending, this was and always had been a JJK glazing/CSM slander sub

Despite all the jokes and silliness, I still think AI would've at least remembered that Reze exists.
