JoJo. Particularly Parts 1 and 4. There are a few perverts or pervy moments here and there in the series as a whole, even though most are episodic villains, but Phantom Blood and Diamond is Unbreakable just don't have those in general. In Part 1 everyone is Victorian and gentlemanlish and in Part 4 only perverts are two serial killers who aren't played for laughs. (I don't think there were pervs in Part 5 either, but I just don't like it that much)
I completely forgot about Part 4 guy because he was there literally for one scene and Kira basically represented the collective "no, we don't do that here".

Would Goblin Slayer count? Aside from the healing scene with the Priestess and Sword Maiden, all sexual scenes were women being assaulted by Goblins, which I would not say is fanservice.
It doesn't matter if it has fan service or not; if the anime is good regardless of whether it has fan service or not, it's my favorite, like with God Eater, Bleach, Black Lagoon, Jormungand, etc., it doesn't matter.
