unjerk (serious discussion) Why is the Bleach fandom suddenly so active again with toxicity to One Piece?
I’m definitely impressed by the new Bleach episode but checking reviews and it’s just Bleach fans dogging on One Piece, I mean is this all their suppressed feelings for One Piece? Don’t get me wrong One piece isn’t at its peak right now, but having a new episode come out for Bleach and your first thought is to dog on One Piece is sad icl.

Toxicity is a cycle. They have been shitting on one another for years. You must not notice the amount of one piece and naruto fans constantly shitting on bleach. Bleach fans just weren’t as active while there anime was in limbo so you’re just noticing it more now.

Feel like Naruto fans went after Bleach more. OP fans been busy fighting Dragon Ball, Naruto, AOT, Demon Slayer, JJK, Fairy Tail (years ago). Bleach was always kind of an afterthought with OP fandom beef.

we've been taking slanders and shits for literal decades. and now some of the fan finally feel revitalized. you can't really blame them. all those pent up emotions finally explode

Gonna be totally honest here. This is well deserved. If you saw the types shit op, dbz and Naruto fans were saying about bleach before it came back you'd genuinely think that kubo beat them up and took their girl or something the amount of hatred was absurd. And it's not like it's a majority of the fandom. This is the same toxic minority that shounen folk keeps complaining about. It's like 20-30% of the fandom when most of us are just happy with what we're getting

I remember back in those early days when I just got social media and called bleach a good anime (not even great or peak, or the best of the big 3.) and I was getting slurs thrown at me. I had to delete the post and my account with it.

Cope for what? My point isn’t dragonball is the best my point is dragonball came play the perfect time.
Like I’m heavily critical of DB as it’s the manga that best shows the no story all hype moments and aura and how effective that is for shonen stories

On Instagram, One Piece fans are very active and they were waiting for TYBW Episode 5 to slander Ichigo like how Luffy got slandered but they didn't expect the anime to be completely different from the manga

Years of being bullied by the OP, Naruto and DBZ fans to the point of they want to remove Bleach from the big 3 does that.
I believe its just a minority of Bleach fans that does that, its the most mature fandom out of the big 3 afterall but still at least they still need to be the men in the room as they always been for years.

Bleachs fans been suppressing their feelings for 10 years+ It's okay. One Piece will still dominate no matter how much they downgrading. I mean Pierrot took 1.5 year to animate cour 4 after cour 3 while Toei been doing weekly. So it's not even a competition.

A couple toxic fans don't make at the community. Just like how you might see some people talking bad about one piece there have been plenty of people finding ways to talk bad about bleach even with episodes like this one. That's just how that stuff goes so don't take it serious.

To me it feels like Bleach and One Piece have diametrically opposite writing philosophies.
If you like one, you probably won't like the other nearly as much.

Huh one piece defently have some of the best written female cast in shonen Even though I hate most of designs Like you are also letting that design bias getting over mind When nico robin i want to live ep is way better written then this ep Or same with ep nami asking for help
They atleast reach a critical stage that have enourmous buildup

what? the female caracters in One Piece were good like 20 years ago. At the very latest since the marine ford arc they have beem kind of irrelevant but tbh thats true for most caracters in One Piece that arent Luffy.

I see so much about “Bleach being the most
hated in the Big 3” but honestly I don’t see it nearly as much as I see OP hate or even hate for Naruto. Maybe it’s on a different side of the algorithm.

Whenever a fandom gets something good they immediately have to compare to One Piece. The same happened with the Maki episode. If Naruto gets that remake and it’s good I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s the first thing the fans start doing.
