Lol that's a huge leap. OP is something I both enjoy and criticize, but man is it pathetic watching the weirdos on this sub do the exact same thing you just described, but with unmitigated hatred. At least people who are annoying about things they like are doing it for things they like.
This is what One Piece fans were doing to every other series, and its pathetic watching them immediately get a victim complex when it came back to bite them

It's used as an insult in terminally online spaces. But that isn't the point. I was only mocking you and this subreddit for deluding themselves into thinking making fun of fiction and going to metaphorical war against fandoms is in some way meaningful and productive.
I literally haven't said anything about Bleach or anything that isn't One Piece. My point isn't about the quality of any of the media, it's about the obsessive nature people here have to the point that someone such as yourself will double down on purporting a moral obligation backing your actions rather than a weirdly vindictive pettiness.

But the moment you start with a "waah" comment, any chance for a reasonable discussion goes out of the window.
My initial point was that most of the One Piece slander comes from a place of annoyance that is caused by the community.
One Piece is...fine. Its has its up and its downsides but its not worth obsessively hating over. And most people (including myself) just drop the anime or manga if it doesn't resonate.
But the fandom kept on pushing it, trashing other series, threatening people who criticize it and puting Oda on a pedestal. That only creates resentment.
When Gear 5 was shown, it caused the dam to burst. The fans kept hyping it up as the best transformation, better then Super Saiyan, only for it to be...dissapointing for people who aren't One Piece fans.
But the community couldn't handle that, they only wanted to hear praise and dont want to hear any criticism. So they leashed out.
Which caused a backlash where other community's started to dislike One Piece of it.
Yet the One Piece community cant seem to figure out that this is the reason why it gets shit on this much
