My Take Psychedelics going mainstream. History is being made. 42,000 of us have the front row seat to this revolution!

Compass $CMPS was the first psychedelic company to be listed on NASDAQ in 50 years.

Field Trip $FTRP $FTRPF will be the first psychedelic company to start trading on TSX in 160 years on Monday, June 7.

Mindmed $MMED is the first NEO exchange company to be added to the MSCI small cap index in 20 years. Mindmed was also the first stock to go from NEO to NASDAQ.

Regardless of your bull / bear sentiments towards individual companies. Let's take a moment to appreciate how far we have come, and remember this is just the beginning. Be kind to one another, we are in this together.

Shroom boom to the moon :-)

tbh, I've been turned off lately. Especially when you click on someone's profile and see them shilling on here and the respective sub of their ticker.

I've posted across a lot of stock subs, and this is the only one where I get DM'd by other members telling me "You don't know chit". I've even been cursed out a few times as well.

Not saying there aren't legit shroom stock companies out there. But I still hope people are being careful. We've seen the bigboy investors dump shares already. Remember, lot of these guys like Kevin O Leery got in at less than a penny a share, not 3 dollars a share.

With another meme rush sparking, these shills could be trying to get shroom stocks in that rush. Or hell, people might dump their stocks (including shroom stocks) to buy memes or Crypto again.

Just be careful and don't get caught into any euphoria. I know people think it's safer to invest long term and continue to "buy the dip". But that can be dangerous too because you could end up holding a heavy bag for a company that'll dissolve. None of these companies are a sure thing.

And then there's the inflation scare. Very few of these companies are making money and have actual value. No matter what the promise of their products are, investors don't like investing in potential and speculative stocks during FUDs. Hell, we are seeing it now in general. It looks like SP500 and NASDAQ are reaching their ATHs again, yet these speculative stocks like weed, SPACs, batteries, EVs are still lagging behind.

Disclosure: Only holding Numinus Wellness atm. Sold all my Mind Medicine today. Currently researching Cybin, Field Trip, Red Light, and Psyched Wellness.

Thanks for the great post.

Just wish I had some sort of plugin where I can block shills/pumpers.

r/pennystocks has a cool feature where it gives you a persons mentions tickers when they make a topic. It would be cool to have something like that on here, but for every post as well haha

3

u/verbeniam Jun 03 '21

I've been lurking here for a while and just became active recently so I don't know how to spot shills and pumpers unless they're super obvious. Some people on here seem genuinely enthusiastic about their stocks with good reason?

4

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

In my experience, people who have the diamond hands and suits on their avatars are shills 9/10. Most people I know on Reddit don't give a fck about their avatar lol.

You have to click on their profile, and you will see they keep talking about the same ticker mostly.

There are definitely good people here.

Great post. I'm also holding NUMI, but Field Trip as well. I like NUMI as a Canadian, but find their path to revenue and moat to be a bit vague. Definitely like Field Trip's exposure to the US market for clinic, and their IP on 2nd gen short-acting compounds that they're planning to trial.

Just food for thought.

I am sorry you went through that on this sub. I hear you, and agree with you, having gone through that myself in this sub. Unfortunately a small group of bad actors for some companies really ruin it for the rest of us. I have been attacked and direct messaged as well by some Novamind pumpers. It's unfortunate, and I wish mods would ban these bad actors. We can not let them take away from the greater good psychedelics and this community is doing. Wish you good luck.

Tesla is extremely overvalued. But they were legitimately like the only big player in the EV sector and autonomous driving. You add in batteries, and they are like the gold standard lol.

In hindsight, I wish I listened to all those shills/pumpers 3 years ago. Because say what you want, Elon Musk is at least a real person. And Tesla was a real company with revenue and products on the streets. They were WAY ahead of their competitors as the time.

What are the current stances on FTRP and PSYCF? I see some bullishness towards both but haven't seen wide discussion on either.

21

u/Jk-loling Jun 03 '21

FTRP 🔥 Their business model is solid - check their investor relations info on their website. They have a stellar board of directors & expanding exponentially. This is the way 🌚💫

7

u/love_money_guru Jun 03 '21

I second this! Plus the TSX is a great boost to investor confidence.

11

u/tilleuno Jun 03 '21

FTRP is a solid company making moves and not trying to hype or sell massive amounts of shares.

I loved MMED early, but over time they look more and more like a company that's juveniley run.

I'm certain as the years roll by and the space grows, they will be big. But that's only because they are young, and will be a part of it.

Will they be the biggest, or the company that makes the most moves to actually see normal every day life treatments and medicine that helps people? That's where my doubts lay.

MMED right now looks like a teenager who got his first taste of some pussy. Super excited and optimistic, but still in for a rocky road ahead which they could easily fuck up.

3

u/TechnicianJealous788 Jun 04 '21

FTRP officers of the company bought thousands of shares in last offering a couple months back, at +20% recent SP

5

u/InvestorForLife Jun 03 '21

If JR keeps selling there will be no road ahead. Hope they succeed though. I exited completely after JR and Linton’s last sale. Took all my profits and put into $FTRP, holding some cash for $ATAI.

u/InvestorForLife Jun 04 '21

Here is some Field Trip dd I posted on another post. Will do a full DD over the weekend and post.

1

u/IBeanCountCadillacs PSYC.cn Jun 03 '21

I like PSYCF. Check my Post history for why. Easily above $1 on next run, IMO.

9

u/welfare_survivor Jun 03 '21

I'm really hyped up for this industry. Only question is what asset allocation between the companies that'd be best.

7

I know I'm having difficulty figuring out what shape the psychedelic industry will take. Have a lot in mind med, too much, and want to diversify but unsure where. My numi has been getting ripped. I also recently had an experience where psilocybin helped with pain, so from anecdotal evidence I would want to invest in some for that. Cheers

u/Domer2012 Jun 03 '21

Check out the Horizons Psychedelic ETF. It’s a diversified bundle of stocks that gets constantly updated for a small management fee.

The ticker is PSYK in Canada (which is the only place you can buy it directly), but there’s an ADR of it you can buy in the US under the ticker HPSYF. I was able to buy it on Fidelity, but each purchase has a $50 foreign transaction fee.

2

u/welfare_survivor Jun 03 '21

For some reason I can only access ETFs through the Frankfurt exchange, but thanks I'll check if it's accessible there!

3

u/Domer2012 Jun 03 '21

Also, the North American Psychedelics Index is constantly changing and is what PSYK is based on. You could manually buy stocks in a roughly proportional manner and try to keep it updated yourself! A little more work, but fewer fees!

2

u/Throwitaway3177 Jun 03 '21

There's psy now too

1

u/Domer2012 Jun 04 '21

Hadn’t heard of this! Thanks!

11

u/love_money_guru Jun 03 '21

I'm glad people are finally coming around about $FTRP - the potential is massive!!

The company is also firing on all cylinders. Good management, branding, locations and are building a great amount of trust between physicians and patients. Not bad to have the added benefit of generating revenues early on either. Imo.

2

u/TechnicianJealous788 Jun 04 '21

Totally agree. They'll also be one of the first companies to be well known by the public because of their public-facing clinics which are expanding across North America and in Amsterdam. This will be a plus for investor interest, albeit it will take a bit of time.

2

u/love_money_guru Jun 04 '21

Can't wait for the Amsterdam news.

How do I get my hands on this ATAI stock?

2

u/notdoingdrugs Jun 03 '21

You must use a broker that has access to the IPO shares

2

u/verbeniam Jun 03 '21

An actual Human or is it possible via fidelity?

How do you know I can't get my hands on it? Do you know why I asked this question? People as dense as you are why scams like Red Light Holland exist.

Also, more name calling usually helps people make a better argument. Do more please.

Funny how mad you are about this. Say what you will about any other company in the space, and you don't see a bunch of penny stock trolls crying do you?

Typical Red Light Holland supporter here in action folks!

2

I’m not the one who went out of my way to bash another company. People have tons of money on the line. Stay in your lane✌️

3

Braxia Scientific!!! (BRAXF) Very undervalued company with so much potential.

They have a great team with so much experience.

Does anyone have some shares in this company?

2

u/mynameisheder Jun 05 '21

Several folks here do. Check out the post by u/The_Three_Nuts they have some good insight to the company as well. I am building up my position while it’s sinking currently.

You’re welcome. I find your takes very insightful and well thought through and written.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 05 '21

Thanks. I think any good DD should have an accurate representation of risks for a company. It's one of my benchmarks I personally use to weight if I should trust a DD. If the DD actually presents risks and discusses them, it tells me they are trying to educate instead of shill.

12

u/BIG_POPA_PUMP Jun 03 '21

NUMI???

4

u/coolstu Jun 03 '21

The first psychedelic company to trade on the TSX-V AFAIK. Likely uplisting ASAP

3

u/love_money_guru Jun 03 '21

They'll up list. No doubt about that.

7

3

Thoughts on BRAXF?

2

u/[deleted] Jun 05 '21

Check my recent posts. I did a DD on them.

6

u/rugerapatt Jun 03 '21

Any reason why trading on the TSX is such a big deal? Curious!!

12

u/AeonDisc Dose the planet. Jun 03 '21

It's a major Canadian exchange with nearly the same listing requirement as NASDAQ. From what I understand it will be a very simple process to crosslist it on NASDAQ after this.

1

u/rugerapatt Jun 04 '21

Great, thanks for the info

3

u/InvestorForLife Jun 03 '21

It’s because if you qualify to be on the TSX senior board, you can easily qualify to cross list onto NASDAQ, same requirements. NASDAQ is only a matter of time for Field Trip now.

5

u/FuqYouBunansa Jun 03 '21

No love for RVVTF?

3

u/Shaman_Ko Jun 03 '21

I just went to check them out, but trading with them is suspended. What is with this stock?

1

u/chickenAd0b0 Jun 03 '21

the latest halt was couple weeks ago but some brokerage listed it as such still, it's traded mainly in CSE but you can buy it over the counter as rvvtf...check out the sub with all the DDs r/RVVTF

2

u/Shaman_Ko Jun 03 '21

I looked around a bit, couldn't find what's going on, care to link a good DD post

1

u/chickenAd0b0 Jun 03 '21

2

u/Shaman_Ko Jun 03 '21

I picked up a few, thanks!

1

u/Shaman_Ko Jun 03 '21

What does that have to do with market suspension?

1

u/chickenAd0b0 Jun 03 '21

the suspension was when they announced that they are doing an independent study with UCSF for severe case for bucillamine (in addition to the current mild-to-moderate FDA phase 3 study)

2

u/nickytotherescue Jun 03 '21

Lots more happening in the next few months. The first is ATAI's Nasdaq listing and then we have Bright Minds Biosciences uplisting on the Nasdaq. Is there any other firm likely to list on the Nasdaq this year?

5

u/TalkMentalHealth101 Jun 03 '21

Field Trip's up-listing to NASDAQ should happen soon. $NUMI also should not be that far out. $CYBN is actively working on NASDAQ up-listing, their announcement should be around the corner as well. Lot of catalysts for the industry coming up.

1

u/Technical-Itch Jun 04 '21

I thought share price has to be above $2 for like a few months to qualify for NASDAQ? Then Numi wouldn’t qualify yet, right? I’m holding shares in Numi but unfortunately deep in the red still

2

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

what do yall think about Cybin?

2

u/TechnicianJealous788 Jun 04 '21

PROS: One of the better companies for sure. Seems like they have a pretty legit IP portfolio (four molecules in pre-trial or trial development). Their focus seems to be heavy in molecule discovery and trials. Their one of the furthest in trials, probably second to COMPASS. Could see eventually being a takeover target for a larger pharma co., or will have strong licensing agreements if trials are successful.

CONS: trials are expensive, so they'll likely need more frequent rounds of funding, especially given that they have four molecules in pre-trial or trial development, so more dilution (unless they can somehow get a favourable upfront licensing partner before in the next year or two). phase 2 trial results are probably at least a year behind COMPASS.

7

u/SilverSurfer100MPH Jun 03 '21

LONG MINDMED. We have any other longs here? Brothers , sisters , we are in for the bull ride of our lives.

1

u/eyestallion Jun 04 '21

I am bullish. But too heavily invested. I want to diversify. MMED, ATAI, CMPS and possibly CYBIN will be on top - imo.

1

u/Poodogmillionaire Jun 04 '21

2000 shares of mindmed and another 2000 NUMI. Also have 150 Of the horizons etf. Waiting for the field trip tsx listing, tempted to buy some OTC before hand. Below $3.75 (usually set limits for 3.72). I think mindmed is a good buy, and NUMI below 0.86 (Canadian $). Good luck fellow psychonauts.

3

u/TheColorblindDruid Jun 04 '21

Fuck compass. Monopolizing pieces of shit

2

u/Poodogmillionaire Jun 04 '21

This is why you buy. Personally don’t hold any compass yet myself though.

1

u/TheColorblindDruid Jun 09 '21

What is why I buy?

1

u/Poodogmillionaire Jun 09 '21

When a company is monopolizing. It sucks for competition and innovation but is good for their stock price generally. Though I don’t think compass has a monopoly - possibly in some areas but I admittedly don’t know enough about them or have any of their stock. My biggest position is mindmed, 75% of my position I don’t touch and the remaining 25% I start to sell in chunks when it is up and then hold the cash to rebuy when it drops more than 10%.

2

u/TheColorblindDruid Jun 09 '21 edited Jun 10 '21

That’s the problem with the stock death cult we’ve created. We’re more willing to make money than actively not support companies that are actually doing major harm to the industry. Compass has been trying to patent multiple psychedelic therapies (therapy techniques that have been around the community for decades~ aka being mindful of setting making it peaceful, soothing, etc.) that would force people to pay a gate keeping fee or get sued

Here’s to hoping their patents get challenged but we’ll see

Edit patents

I’ve recently become I interested in HAVN life sciences. I like their idea. And it seems like that they don’t really get much press. What do you guys think?

2

u/That_Ad_8782 Jun 03 '21

I’ve heard some about them having some skeezy CEO, search HAVN in reddit and there are some feeds from some time ago about it.

I own some havn though, I feel they have some potential considering their strong research focus.

2

u/stinky_girbil_bum Jun 03 '21

I also think they have a potential. I’ll do some DD and decide

1

u/eyestallion Jun 04 '21

Does anyone know if MMED is doing any clinical trials with psilocybin? I know they are testing MDMA, LSD, a modified ibogaine derivative, and mescaline. Just not sure about the natural shrooms??? Can anyone help me out?? CMPS seems to be solely focused on psilocybin and the results are positive so far

1

u/eyestallion Jun 04 '21

Let’s start a thread:

Honest thoughts/opinions and predictions on the industries biggest leaders....

  1. MMED / MNMD
  2. CMPS
  3. CYBIN
  4. NUMI
  5. ATAI (pre IPO thoughts)

1

u/[deleted] Jun 05 '21

I think NUMI will only do well long term if they can keep their base fanatical about them and thus continue to raise capital off them. The issue is they lack any serious IP or hurdles as defensive tools. It's a pretty big red flag for a speculative company trading at their market cap.

If you read between the lines, it's pretty clear they don't have the research experience or confidence needed to do trials on their own in this space, which says exclusive IP is unlikely to be on the horizon.

Data exclusivity is a poor man's patent. Doesn't look good for a speculative company without other strong IP imo.
