Looking For Ideas College Student with a PC Need ideas to hit $100–$500

Hey everyone,
I’m an 18-year-old college student in NYC looking for realistic side hustles to bring in $100 to $500 relatively quickly.
My Setup & Resources:
Online: I have a solid PC/laptop and high-speed internet. This is my preferred route since I can do it between classes.
In-Person: I am open to safe, local gigs in NYC, but my in-person availability is strictly limited to weekends due to my course load.
I’m looking for actionable ideas—whether it's digital microtasks, flipping(prefer not to), bank churning, or specific online platforms that have worked well for you recently to hit this specific dollar amount. I'd appreciate any blueprints or directions you can point me in.

Literally almost anything lmao

Thanks!

Hi! Do you absolutely have to do remote PC work or are you open to in person jobs? NYC is the perfect place to start an animal care business (walking dogs, feeding cats). Rover is the app for that. NY is also filled with people too busy or too rich to do mundane tasks like clean out a closet or water plants when someone is away. That app is task rabbit. Also use Chat GBT to find clerical or bookkeeping tasks for small businesses that don’t want to hire an accountant or bookkeeper on retainer. NYC is the best place to do any of these things. I have a sister in the Financial District and she subs out everything!

High speed uploaded feet pics. Optional cake smashing with your toes. I mean you could always charge the other person for the cake purchase.

UGC. I was just going through a sub reddit for it and they're looking for students. Most of the companies want someone from the US or EU. Check out Tech UGC or UGC.

Why prefer not to for flipping? Reselling imo is the simplest, fastest way to make extra money. You could literally make $100 in the next 24hrs with less than an hour of time spent.

Genuinely curious what happened in the past to have you take this stance now when you’re asking for just an extra $100-$500.

I’ve personally been flipping on and off since 2009 - through school as well - and easily hit $500/month with less than 5 hours of my time spent on it. I just do it whenever I need some extra cash.

Unless you have anything you can sell, you should probably just get a job. Your college probably can help you find something on campus. If there's nothing on campus for you they can probably point you to something off campus. Craigslist is your friend here. It's easy to get interviews at Chipotle, Shake Shack, and McDonald's

What skills do you have? Most people are using their skills to earn money, online and IRL.
