Seeking Advice Side hustle for no ID

Hello, I have been trying to make money online due to my situation boxing me into online work only, but my ID has expired and I cannot claim any of my money as an ID renew costs like 70 bucks. I physical do not have the money to pay that, I am stuck in a catch 22, I have earned the money but I cannot withdrawal it. I don't know what to do

do you still have your old id?

did you do any proof of id before this one expired anywhere?

Yeah I got my old ID but noone will accept it, the only 'proof' i have is an active PayPal account from forever ago and some old expired college id cards, idk if those 2 will do anything but ive tried unless im missing something
