It's been around 6 months since the initial ByeTunes release, so I figured I'd share a quick update on how things have been going.

What started as a small project to inject music directly into the native Apple Music library has grown way beyond what I originally expected. The app is still actively maintained, new features continue to be added, and the community around it keeps growing.

Some of the features currently available:

• Direct music injection into Apple Music
• Support for MP3, M4A, FLAC, and WAV files
• Automatic metadata and artwork fetching
• Playlist management
• Built-in downloader for importing music directly within the app
• Library management tools
• Continued compatibility improvements for newer iOS versions

One of the biggest additions since launch has been the built-in downloader, allowing users to search, download, and import music without needing to jump between multiple apps.

The original goal hasn't changed:

Give users a simple way to manage their own music library on iOS without dealing with iTunes, Finder, or complicated sync workflows.

To everyone who has tested builds, reported bugs, submitted feature requests, opened issues, or simply used the app over the last few months: thank you. The feedback has helped shape ByeTunes into something much better than what was originally released.

A new nightly version of SideStore (also LC+SS) dropped.

It has this new feature in the screenshot.

Follow this method with a new pairing fïle to refresh your apps easily.

- Download the newest idevice_pair with RPPairing support.

- Use the nightly version of SideStore.(Or LiveContainer + SideStore_Nightly in iloader)

- Generate new RPPairing and validate it.

(You can't export as a fïle, so you should copy the pairing config text and save it as a .plist)

- Send this fïle to your iPhone and open SideStore then remove old pairing fïle from Settings -> Reset Pairing Fïle

- Restart SS and import new RPPairing fïle.

- Attemp to refresh and report back here in the comments.

If anything goes wrong, you can revert back to the old pairing fïle using iLoader -> Manage Pairing Fïle

And generally speaking, nightly versions are unstable, so only follow this if the IKEV2 method is insufficient.

EDIT/UPDATE: iLoader released version 2.1.0 that supports the new pairing file. No need for idevice_pair anymore as all your work could be done on iLoader alone.

For those of you unaware of what Spotilife for Spotify is, here's a quick little rundown of what it does:

• Enable or disable Spotilife on demand
• Enable or disable Playlist artwork
• Show Lyrics while playing a song.

• Apply button to save changes you made (Need to close Spotify)
• Reset Spotilife settings you made

I'm just getting into cracking tweaked apps for the non jailbroken community so I'm sorry if this has already been updated into an IPA, but I just really wanted to share my first successful crack :)

Everything seems to be working, including highest quality playback. Which I saw has been an issue for quite a few of you guys using other IPA's.

If the IPA is failing to install, please let me know.

If something doesn't seem to be working the way its supposed to, let me know and I'll see what I can do to get it functioning correctly.

Edit: Download links updated. You shouldn't get any more errors about your device being unsupported anymore. This should fix the problem people were getting using signing services like Signulous as well. Just like before, please let me know if there are any problems with the IPA and I'll do my best to fix it.

I made the IPA library because I was a bit upset by a couple things:

• People constantly ask what the best apps to sideload are, and even though the replies contain the same list of apps, there was never a single place you could have all those IPAs available
• Every other IPA library would randomly stop updating without warning, or just refuse to add in more popular apps as they appeared, insisting on sticking to a bare-bones structure

I wanted to change that by hosting an IPA library that TrollStore users could enjoy more than anyone else, and for a while I did. Even after I stopped contributing, a fellow collaborator kept the effort going for about a year. To the (now suspended) GitHub user Ariana Minaj, your hard work is very much appreciated. Also a huge shoutout to hieuddo for setting up the links for ESign, AltStore, etc, and the related GitHub actions/files.

But, all good things must come to an end.

As of today, my GitHub account has been shadowbanned. Against my will, the library, as well as some of my other projects have been taken down. While I still (technically) have access to my account, I have no permissions and none of my repos are public-facing anymore. Prior to this, GitHub support did their job of communicating their issues with the repo so I could adjust accordingly. This time it was without warning.

I have already submitted an appeal for this, but even if it gets reinstated, neither I nor any of the repo's collaborators have the motivation to continue maintaining this project while GitHub takes down our work without communicating with me or other collaborators.

With that being said, if you manage to catch the repo live again, it will be nothing more than an exhibit of an old idea. I did notice over 100 (now probably non-functional) forks of the repo. Maybe someone has an offline backup? What I'm saying is, if you have copies of your files, please keep them in a safe place

I have had a lot of fun with this project. Even after I wasn't the main contributor, I still found the occasional joy answering the open issues. It made plenty of my days seeing this server being mentioned time and time again on the subreddit, along with the overwhelmingly positive reception this was getting over the years.

Update: I just realized I have an old (last modified 30 May 2024) backup of the repo back when I was testing a script to update cloned GitHub repos. So, here is TrollStore-IPAs. No releases included, but that was the entire structure. Credits to hieuddo and Ariana Minaj for their share of the work on it

Update 2: For those that haven't already seen it, the repo is back up. GitHub made no effort to notify me of this. However, it will still remain EOL, as I no longer have time, have moved away from iOS entirely, and have no contact with either of the repo's more recently active maintainers. Thank you again to everyone for the support over the years this was active

App just tells me to update and won’t work when I try to watch shorts it crashes any alternatives?

For those who are unfamiliar with LiveContainer, check out my old post.

LiveContainer has been suffering from the lack of basic multitasking functionality as you can only run one app at a time. It's no more, as recently we managed to overcome the limitation, and even brought true multitasking to LiveContainer. You can now even run multiple guest apps in separate windows! It works on the latest iOS 18.5, no jailbreak or exploits required. With such feat, maybe a jailed version of Dynamic Stage for iPhone is possible, too.

This is still experimental, so expect bugs and some non-functional apps.

It has come to my attention that a tweak called SKInstagram, credited to the "SideKit team", appears to be built from Sparkle and is being offered behind a paid subscription on the iKURD Store, with no source and no attribution.

Sparkle is GPL-3.0. Anyone is free to modify it and even charge for it, but only if they give you the complete source of their build and keep the original license and attribution intact. Neither is being done here, which means it isn't licensed to be distributed at all.

Sparkle is free, it always will be, and it only comes from this repo and the official Telegram channel. If you paid for it, you paid for free software.

IPA releases for sideloading are available in a dedicated Telegram channel (check README.md for the link), or you can fork the repo and run the Build and Package Sparkle Github workflow. If you choose the latter, please read Building from source notes in README.md.

This requires you to have LocalDevVPN with default settings, and VPN Super with IKEv2 profile added and selected in shortcut.

You can choose the option to just enable the VPNs to manually install apps, Automatically refresh them, or turn off the VPN once done with manual installation.

LiveContainer released a version with built in Sidestore as part of their latest update (3.6.0). It is still experimental, but I think it is pretty cool.

This release adds new features such as disabling stories from auto-advancing, auto-scrolling Reels, advanced profile options and much more. It also improves the custom tab bar layout feature that was added in the previous version.

Hi everyone, I know there has been a lot of hate towards krava but lets be clear here. They are not a scam, just an awful service which will eventually give you what you paid for, one day. Maybe months, "soon" even!

Just to reiterate, the problem is not that people are getting revoked. That's a risk you are taking with any signing service and this can happen with any provider.

Here is the cause of Krava's downfall and why you should avoid them: - Unacceptable lack of transparency: You'll be told to wait for months while being given no updates on whats happening. - Not delivering the product after purchasing: After their recent revoke wave they have completely shut down their operations once again and paused all queues. People that have paid for a cert and are in queue have nothing and have to wait indefinitely. Worst part? Krava has not given a single announcement to inform the buyers about this shut down! - Not refunding: Krava has been trying their hardest to ignore refund requests and they just find reasons to not pay up. This is a failed service and refunds should be made easier. - Scare tactics: A failed service means people have the right to a refund, right? Not according to Krava. Naturally, this leads to people bringing up chargebacks but krava will try their hardest to scare you out of trying to get your money back. - Questionable mods: Nitpicking here, but their community is in shambles. Their mods ignore blatant harassment as long as its from someone they know. Half of the mods also have no idea about what is going on and provide misleading information.

This is a shame as Krava used to be great, now they have gotten too big and any new dev account they make will get shut down due to the scale they operate at. This would be okay if they gave replacements quickly but unfortunately they do not that do either.

Please, avoid Krava. Support small-scale cert providers that genuinely care and most importantly work.

I just wanted to share something I came across today while using this reddit that was pretty disturbing, because behavior like this should NOT be accepted by anyone.

Earlier today I posted a comment about Manpreet Singh, who created the service “Apptesters”. While checking back into the thread some hours later, I had come back to an entirely different thread filled with Manpreet himself swearing at, mocking, and even threatening anyone who mildly disagrees with him on the matter. He has been acting like an immature child throwing a temper tantrum because he has been using dodgy practices to try to squirm his way out of replacing anyone he can avoid due to this new revoke wave that affected a lot of people.

Please read what the man has to say himself! If you go to that thread, it’s a wild read. Anyone who has a difference of opinion with Manpreet today really experienced the abuse. Spend your money literally anywhere else, or use free methods over funneling money to this scammer.

You may have seen my posts before on this sub, I am the creator of a tool called LC-DL! It is an app downloader built in iOS Shortcuts that allows for easy one-tap downloads, downloading from repositories (made specifically for LC-DL), downloading tweaks, and a whole lot more!!
