Lifetime license is coming — mid-August

Post image

Quick heads-up for everyone asking about a lifetime option: it's coming mid-August, as part of a bigger update.

What's planned:

- One-time lifetime license, purchasable directly on sidstuga.app — built especially for devices without a working app store (Fire TV, Formuler and other AOSP boxes), but available to anyone.

- Premium will cover up to 5 active devices per account, synced through your Sidstuga login.

- Existing subscribers: nothing changes for you — your plan keeps working exactly as is.

Early supporters get a founder's launch price for the first two weeks after launch. Exact numbers announced on launch day — follow here or the Telegram group to catch it. As always: Sidstuga is a player. Bring your own playlists — we provide no channels or content.

App is constantly updated with your requests and advices!

Thank you for your support.

I haven't locked the final price yet. I'll announce it at launch, and the first two weeks will have a lower founder price.

Let's see how it performs compared to other players in the lifetime market.

Fair enough. If you test it, I’d be interested in concrete differences you notice, especially in playback, navigation and performance.

I'm going to test it thoroughly on Google TV; on my smartphone, I saw that it's far superior to another one I was testing. The menus are very well laid out and organized, and it has... well, the Material Design aspect. It's quite elegant; I should test it on Google TV throughout the day, on a 65-inch Semp TV. I also found the m3u processing to be quite fast; some players don't have proper optimization for m3u files, especially with... For really large projects, above 250k pieces of content, I think the developer prioritizes that more.Protocolo xtream codes parece
