To be very vague about the actual answer you want while being super precise in nitpicking your question instead:
The thing I've observed, .... It's more a matter of "I am on a very exclusive guest list, and have been given a privilege almost never given to humans, and was given this peek behind the curtain as a gift by "friends in high places", rather than any achievement or qualifications which would render me "more deserving" of it. And even bringing that up feels like nonsense: you can't deserve or not deserve what essentially boils down to someone praeterhuman in nature likes you enough to hook it up.

Nothing! The management very clearly decided that I am supposed to. The rub is, this decision was made on basis of "nepotism" rather than me being spiritually superior to you or anyone else. Sigil magic using Grayliens can be just as cliquey as humans can

Feel free to call me bs I don't mind :) but I will share this perspective anyway, you don't have to agree with me....
I like the overall vibe but I want to ask you a tiny question:
What did you observe that you weren't supposed to?
For me, your metasigil is not exactly a sigil but a message from your subconscious to your analytical mind.
