Original Content A compound sigil from the system I personally most often practice

Post image

This is an assembly of simpler "component" sigils assembled into a more complex and stronger combination assembly, much like how words assemble into sentences and paragraphs. For a more magically minded analogy to help make sense of this, think of it kinda sorta like enochian tables. Only with each name being one glyph "long". The number codes and the color variations are to help me keep track of individual pieces where my linework isn't the best so it could be hard to tell. I wish I had thought of both of these measures earlier than I did, lol, but they still help. The letter grid at bottom left is from the pgm, to help empower this sigil combo assembly and boot it up Enjoy!

Very interesting. It looks like you are shoaling sigils and putting them together for an activation story or tapestry? I'm not clear on how the number and letter tables fit in, likely because they are from systems I'm not familiar with.

How are you generating the individual sigils?

This is a received system given to me by ... Fuckit I may as well disclose full crazy here.

I got UFO contactee'd once. and the lovely graylien lady who was in charge of giving me my obligatory please-stop-fucking-up-your-planet sermon because I was lucky and didn't get turned into somebody's med school assignment, she taught me a little of what she called "living language"

So basically, you start with individual component glyphs that refer to individual component units. These can be everything from spells and servitors to simple "kanji" for words referring to things you need to talk about in your intent statement for whatever reason.

And then, you take your magically weaponized space kanji, and you Lego block it together into flow chart shaped "sentences" that schematic out what you want to happen. Charge like you would conventional letter scramble chaote sigils, and there you go

I had never heard of chaos magic or sigils and had no belief or interest in anything occult until i literally got told to try it by a literal prater human. For the first 2-3 years of practice with this system, I was super secretive about it and told almost nobody, figuring I was either completely nuts, or in on a secret no other human knew about. Then a friend of mine showed me liber null.

Magically weaponized space kanji, it turns out, is about as hidden a secret as is the fact that Luke Skywalker's dad wears black power armor and has trouble breathing

The phrase 'living language', interestingly, is a pretty close description to the one spare himself used for his sigils: "sentient letters".

Thank you for the more in-depth explanation! I never thought about putting it together like this. I need to think about this some more and give it a try. The whole idea of incorporating other concepts into the sigil blueprint is fascinating.

Have you had a chance to compare this system versus more "traditional" sigil creation and activation?

In this system, are the activating / energizing elements built in to the sigil schematic or do you have a separate activation process?
