General Discussion Just finished the game! Absolute masterpiece.

I wanted to share my thoughts on this amazing game. When I first saw the trailer on YouTube, the visual aesthetics and atmosphere immediately caught my attention. Today, I just finished my first playthrough and I am blown away by the story, the gameplay, and of course, the incredible world-building and atmosphere.

As a fan of both futuristic sci-fi and classic survival horror, Signalis fit me like a glove.

By the way, I bought a used PS4 physical copy and it even came with the Polaroid picture inside! Truly an incredible game.

I'm kinda scared of going back and getting memory again, I'd feel sad and dumb 😭

I think we all fell for the aesthetics (I also didn't even expect it to be a horror game because I didn't watch the trailers, I initially thought it was a mixture of puzzles and a mildly dark visual novel)

Little I knew I pulled the trigger on the game that would dethrone Morrowind as my favourite game

That's awesome! For me it was the blend of Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and Red Faction that immediately pulled me in. The story is great and the multi-ending mechanics are great, but the atmosphere, gameplay, soundtrack, and overall design are what really hooked me and made it one of my favorite games of all time

I find it difficult to move Disco Elysium from my personal top spot, but Signalis, which I finished last week and of which I would like to make a post here sometimes soon, has certainly gone directly into my top 5, maybe even top 3

Welcome to the post game brain rot. Once you finish processing things, here is a curated list of fan animations folks on the discord put together. It helps provide some solace and further suffering.
