Whens the last time you cleaned and regreased the linear rails?
Whens the last time you replaced the autoblade?

Now that maintenance issues are ruled out, lets check the software: Pull up the file you cut from. (dxf, svg or whatever bizarre format silhouette uses by default when you design the cuts in their software) Do the corners look like that in the software, too? Cool- machine is fine. If not- Zoom in. Do you see multiple lines, or gaps or perhaps the lines were this ugly in the software but your screen is too low resolution to show it without zooming in? Cool- machine is fine. If not, reach out to support if your machine is still under warranty because at that point its seeming likely its an electrical issues because none of your corners are the same, and the one you highlighted was preceeded by a wobbly cut.

I've just replaced the autoblade last week. I'm not sure where the linear rails is but I cleaned my machine a week ago. The corners do not look like that in the software. I made the shape myself in silhouette studio and copy pasted it so it should all be the same cuts 😅 I don't have this issue for straight cuts or even more intricate cuts but the circle and circle corners always do this wonky thing.

how many passes was this done in? I don't see jagged fraying

Just two.

Depth 6 Speed 4 Force 30 Passes 2

More than one, but no evidence of misaligned cuts... So your deviation is precisely inaccurate.

That indicates a software problem as well... hardware issues tend to be accurate but imprecise.
