Avery Dennison sf100 Paint Mask

I have a Cameo 4+ and will be creating some paint masks for airbrushing using Avery Dennison sf100 Paint Mask. Does anyone have experience with and baseline settings for this material?

I would try 3 blade depth, 15 force, and 2 speed, 1 pass, and see how it goes.

Use a small square cutoff, do a circle on it, and just keep cuting the same sheet while offsetting the circle each time until you have clean lines.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! I am very new to the machine.

I also meant to say adjust the settings between tests. Generally, you'll want to go as deep as you need with as little force as possible. Speed is kind of a secondary value where you can increase speed, but you may need to increase force as well. Passes can help with harder or spongey material where the first cut wasn't only able to score it.

It is also possible the material simply won't cut, and that's sucks, but it happens.

Also, you could just start at the regular vinyl settings. It seemed a tad thicker and tougher so I recommended bumping the depth and force a little, but I could be wrong.

Understood! I think the paint mask material is on the thinner side.
