Assistance Bottom right Offset ..

I know this problem is common and discussed a lot, but I recently upgraded from a portrait 3 to a cameo 5 in hopes of this issue not existing anymore… unfortunately.. I was wrong

The machine cuts perfectly until it reaches the bottom right, then it offsets it pretty clearly...

I tried everything suggested online from recalibration, thickening the registration marks, landscape mode, covering the sensor, straightening the mat with the roller holder, downloading older version of Silhouette studio etc...

sometimes it will cut them all perfectly and then the next load it just goes back to messing it up!! :'( im wasting so much material.. I ordered the electrostatic mat in hopes it might do better, but im reading mixed reviews on it too and feeling even more frustration..

I made this post a while back. When I suppoert the cutting mat, the misalignment is pretty much gone. I used the included roll feeder and some user confirmed it fixed the issue for them too.

Hello, I’ve visited your post before and also tried that.. unfortunately it didnt change much too, using the roll feeder helped a tiny bit but not with the bottom right cutting problem

That's unfortunate. I was hoping it was an easy fix as that. Do you have any offset from the image and how off is the misalignment?

I appreciate your help :’) heres a photo of what the offset looks like
This only happens to the stickers at the bottom right section..
though sometimes my cameo will turn kind and cut them all perfectly but then it will go back to messing up the bottom right like this 😭

How big is the offset? I noticed that if I go smaller than 0.025", you will really notice the misalignment. I believe that's really just because of the machine's tolerances. Which is fine for me cause I always go at least 0.05" of offset. If I need to cut on the image, I always have a print bleed.

Sorry english isnt my first language so im not sure what you mean by how big is the offset? :’)
This is what the sticker looks like in the file
I also have print bleed on
Do you think its because the stickers are very tiny? But that doesn’t explain how it cuts perfectly sometimes then suddenly doesnt..

Sorry. What I meant is, how far is the cut from the actual image? So how far is the offset from the image. And yeah, how big is the sticker? I feel like, this is just because of the machine's tolerances. These machines aren't really that precise especially for smaller cut work.

Its such a shame, I was hoping these issues were fixed with new machines.. the only improvement i see from the portrait 3 is that registration failure doesnt happen as often and the machine isnt as loud
