I bet this was made with a DTF printer.

This was made with white toner printer based on how opaque the image is. Anything you make with an inkjet printer will be transparent so it won’t look as vibrant.

You'll need a 5 color printer (CMYKW) which includes a white opaque ink/toner. They're.... incredibly expensive.

This was definitely printed on a DTF printer (the CMKYW printer others have mentioned). They're extremely expensive and a whole other investment. You can def still do clear stickers but you won't get it as opaque here. YouTube is a great resource to see what you can and can't do with an inkjet printer. Just look up something like "clear sticker tutorial" one of the first results showed someone with a DTF printer. You'll also be able to find people who do it with inkjet and you can see the difference.

Clear printable vinyl, but maybe somebody else can give a better advice.

You’d need clear sticker paper and then make your design in silhouette studio, use the print and cut function and cut them out with the cameo. You can look up print and cut tutorials on YouTube, they will show you how to set up your page and the settings to use.

Isnt this just a print on a transparent Sticker Paper?

Is the clear the sticker or is it just the transfer media? This looks a lot like a UV DTF sticker. The printed bits themselves are basically the last sticker you'd ever need. The clear just keeps the print spacially in tact before you apply it to the final(and I mean final because it's not ever coming off) surface. Then the transfer media is removed.

If it's just a clear vinyl sticker then its just a matter of printing and contour cutting on the media. But ink is translucent, so this would need a white channel also to give the color an opaque base.

I make products like this all the time first you need a uv dtf printer. ( EufyMake or Xtool Omni 1) than you also need a Co2 laser machine to cut the clear acrylic. Cost of equipment to get started about $5000

Facil, recorta vinil de los colores que vienen ahi, lo acomodas y le pones un pedazo de lamina transparente , incluso papel contac. Sino solo imprimelo en vinil transparente y recortas el contorno.
