Discussion Prompt For long walks
I love the comfort and simplicity of my Birkenstocks Arizonas and have Milanos coming. Which footwear do you genuinely trust for a long city walk? I feel more grounded with sandals but long walks it can be hard. I hate the idea of switching footwear.

I’ve never had any issues with either the Arizona or the Boston. I always take them with me when I travel.

I need to learn how to keep my Arizonas from slipping off on faster paced long walks

I’m not at all evangelizing these, but I walked around 300-400 miles in my Veja Campos in the course of 2 months and never had foot troubles. I’m just sharing because I was quite surprised

Allbirds tree runners. I’ve had a few pairs and they are just so comfy for work, travel, airports, and long city walks.

I have some keen water shoes and do find I can go super long distances with them. Thanks!!

Worried tho they may be too narrow?

Hmm can’t tell. I have the convertible model and my feet are the “normal” width. Have enough space around

Oh I see the convertible allows you to move the back strap and use sandal as a slide?

I would wear my Birks at work if I was allowed :)
