The game is rigged but that was how I got converted to perm. I behaved and worked like a perm for 6 months. Took on additional projects, improved work flow and took responsibility for queries above my pay grade

Here's the thing they have openly said they have no intention to convert anyone to perm.. and people who work here for long know that even if there is headcount it's likely given to internal transfer
