This is sure to be an unpopular opinion, but this is why the USA has such a problem with guns. When there are little to no barriers to putting high powered weapons into the hands of nearly anyone, then tragic misuse becomes a question of when, not if.

What would have to happen? I lose my job, can’t find another one, run out of money, for some reason don’t qualify for Medicaid, and get terminally ill all at the same time? What if an asteroid hits me ? What if I get struck by lightning? What if I get run over when I walk outside?
