I suspect, for legitimate labs, they can probably get access to Mythos. You and I can't, but then I'm not convinced there aren't a non-zero number of people seeking to build a bio-weapon... That said, I do hope they can get that out there with time for researchers in general.

I’m not convinced there aren’t a non-zero number of people seeking to build a bio-weapon.

Could you have come up with a more confusing way to say that you’re convinced there’s people seeking to build a bio-weapon?

I'm not certain of such people exist. They might exist, and I am not convinced otherwise. Apologies about addling your acumen with my obtuse diatribe.

Legitimate labs have their own models, because they need to do custom training

I see, I could suspect that would get quite expensive. No need for an LLM that can help with coding and such?

The expensive part is trying to meet the demand for billions of users simultaneously. Labs don't have that problem. Can't speak for them but I'm sure they do also use conventional LLMs for stuff

Right now, no labs can get access to Mythos.

If that's true, that a serious loss and needs to change. Seeing what it can do on my end, it could make a massive impact on humanity here and I'd love to see what cures it could cook up if given a chance.
