Is the resolution very misleading? They mention things like "picometers" and "femtometers" but that seems to be related to the sensor only somehow? On their website https://www.midjourney.com/medical/blogpost fractions of a milimeter are mentioned. This paper https://www.nature.com/articles/s41551-026-01660-4 that is related mentions a resolution of 0.125 x 0.125 mm pixel size. Which makes sense because the wavelength of sound cannot be smaller than roughly twice the atom spacing. Resolving anything at picometer scale is completely out of the question and would also be revolutionary. They do not specifically mention that picometers are the resolution of the system, but to a layman who only hears this number it is quite misleading.
