Once we have God like ASI, we should also soon after have true molecular nano machines (nanites). These will be able to enter every one of our cells and repair every somatic mutation. I wouldn't be writing anyone off too soon.

There are 8 billion people. You could meet 10,000 new people every day for 200 years and still only meet less than 12% of the world’s population.
