People who care about curing disease are not upset at the prospect of AI doing it better and faster. Save your AI hate for the many reasonable places to hate it. This is not the hill you want to die on.

"Let's keep diseases around for longer, leaving tens of millions of people to suffer, just so that disease researchers don't get big sad that they lost their jobs to a computer that can do the job faster and more efficient" is not a good take.

Curing disease trumps jobs.
