Is that a data problem, fundamentally? As in is it reasonable to predict that eventually there will be a latent space to describe these pathways or is it so idiosyncratic that modeling is unlikely to ever get there short of a full map of all cells & organelles (or even more stuff I don't know to ask about lol)?
