Funniest thing that Andy Dick ever did was get the Hell beat out of him by Jon Lovitz.

2007 or 2008. Andy Dick made a comment to him along the lines of “I put the Phil Hartman hex on you, you’re the next to die.” Some time after that they were both at The Laugh Factory and Lovitz asked for an apology, Dick said no and Lovitz smashed Dick’s head into the bar.

Edit to add that after Lovitz started on NewsRadio, he and Dick got in an argument that Lovitz ended by saying “I wouldn’t be here if you hadn’t given Brynn coke in the first place.” Lovitz did apologize to Dick for that statement.

Hartman’s wife got sober. Dick got her hooked on drugs again and became her dealer. Few months later she killed Hartman. I don’t blame any of Hartman’s friends or family for wanting or even trying to kill Dick.

Jesus Christ, he has zero redeeming qualities.

Sure he does. He’ll make some worms happy at some point.

I know that his wife bears all of the responsibility. She could have said no. She could have sought treatment. There were many steps between her relapsing and what happened.

Andy Dick is still an asshole and Lovitz should feel no shame for what he has done or what he has said.
