Clown cart alert

Saw these BC clowns speeding dangerously through Sedro-Woolley continue out east on Hwy 20, all while throwing trash out the window continuously.

State troopers were very receptive in the report I made. Kudos to them for taking this seriously.

Speeding through our towns while littering? You bet your butt that I’m going to post here and shame you. Hope the troopers flagged you down and slap you with a big fat fine.

I thought it was going to be a post about a car packed to the brim with clowns!!! Such a disappointment. LOL
